The cleaning MUST be improved, the towels and bed lining smelt really bad, like they had not been cleaned in a long while (the hotel should really consider buying laundry softener) and the tap water is actually horrible (rancid smell with a hint of chlorine).

The location is great, right next to restaurants and 24/7 markets, with good access to the beach. The terrace was great, spacious yet intimate, amazing for hanging out with friends after a long day.

Although rich in options, not the brightest breakfast ever (it depends on how picky you are). Other than that, no complaints.

The hotel is close to the beach (about 5 minutes walk) and very cozy. Clean room, spacious balcony, good toiletries. Lovely pool. Big dinning space (at the restaurant and outside by the pool). Big reception hallway and bar.

Room was not very clean, we had two single beds and wanted to move them a bit further away from each other. There was a lot of dust, trash and even candies under the bed.. Toilet seat was leaking also. Otherwise all good.

Difficulty to find a parking place in front of the hotel, my car was hit on the parking in front of the hotel. The stairs going down outside the hotel were surrounded by filth. The breakfast quality can be improved.

The parking is very crowded, but it's a general problem in Zlatni pjasci. At least the staff was helpful to resolve the issue.

Pool only open until 5 PM, that is really short We found one old T-Shirt in our room and a instruction on how to use Tampons, maybe the cleaning should be done a little more properly

The balcony was not pleasant.. The view was trees that were very close and right next to balcony was a dirty roof from where there was alot of noise from a ventilation shaft. And we would have loved a duvet instead of at sheet to sleep with

They can change the deck chairs or do cushions,coz uncomfortable but otherwise all was great

It exceeded my expectations,3 star hotel but with outdoor pool,great food,AC in the rooms ,balcony with table and chairs, cattle for coffee and tea,we needed a doctor called reception and within 10 minutes we had the doctor in our room,we needed our door lock battery to be replaced,imidietly maintenance person was sent to arrange everything,we had a bottle of wine in the fridge waiting for us on arrival , great value for money

The WiFi did not cover the entire area and was not fast enough, so we had to use our own internet. There is air conditioning in the room, but it could not be cooled to the desired temperature because it was blocked, so the room was still warm. The breakfast was not very good, small selection of food, and poor quality of products. Sunbeds outside were almost all day long in shadow, so wasn't really useful. The gym needs some TLC, and some more weights, to do any training there.

The Hotel is in the center where we like to be. Quite modern room and bathroom, with really big balcony.

The staff and hotel were not prepared for guests! The water was running under the sink, next to the toilet, and we had no hot water for the first day and half of the second day.

After talking to the receptionist, we had a surprise in the room! a bottle of wine and a bowl of fruit.

I'd better not start. This hotel is for super budget families. It's like more of a sanatorium for older people or so.

During my stay at the hotel I develop Food Intoxication that keep me in bed 3 days! The Food was Not meeting the fresh or clean standards. the Manager Should Revise this situation urgent!!!!
