We didn’t see that there is no AC in the room, that was a minus since we visited during summer.

There is almost no possibilities to go anywhere without a car. The nature is beautiful but the infrastructure of Tsigov Tsark is non existent.

Nice hotel in the heart of Rodopi. The hotel is nice and comfortable. The food was really delicious and staff is friendly and helpful. The spa is small but nice. The outside pool is nice but quite small and shallow, not suitable for swimming if you intent to swim.

The walls of the bathroom were transparent glass with some parts mat glass but still quite visible. The inside SPA was a bit small, especially the inside pool and couldn't accommodate the many guests. There wasn't a SPA reception. I couldn't get the organization of the sitting tables for dinner...

The delux room was quite nice. The view from the balcony was also very nice. The breakfast was great and the food at dinner was quite decent.

Our room was a small double room, just a bed, small NEO tv and 2 bedside tables and a bathroom. I guess VIP rooms are better, but for 235 bgn per room / night (2 meals & Spa included), we were expecting a bit more renovated and bigger rooms. The spa was not impressive, but good enough. There were a sauna, steam bath, turkish bath and an indoor pool. The sauna could have been a bit warmer. The relaxation zone is small- 4 beds, there are more beds around the pool. Salt room can be used at an extra charge: 15 bgn per person.

The staff was kind, the hotel restaurant serves a really great variety and delicious food. Breakfast and dinner are open buffets and always fresh, food is even warm. The best thing to do is visit during the summer as is an outdoor pool, too and excellent hiking paths around with great views.

On our last day there was a group of people drinking beer by the pool (indoor one) and smoking near the emergency exit, so the smell filled the whole swimming pool area. The same issue we had with our balcony overlooking the summer terrace of the cafe, so the smell run into our room and we had to close the balcony door all the time (it's totally our fault though for not bringing up the question and asking to change the room).

We liked the place itself, it's super calm there, nature is all around, so that was great. The food was delicious, the staff was kind, the spa area is OK.

The food was AMAZINGLY tasty. Homemade with great fresh ingredients. The staff was super kind and helpful, everyone smiling. The hotel, room, restaurant were well air conditioned and clean. There are sauna, turkish bath, all good.

Bed was uncomfortable since it was rough and pillows were horrible. Spa areas can be managed better, wasn’t of the cleanest and some of the facilities did not work.

It’s an alright place to take a stay and have a great time.

Overall everyone was polite and service was good, but the service in the restaurant was extremely slow and I would not go back there because of this. There was a very strong smell of roasted meat and bbq smoke coming out of the hotel chimney. Rooms are small, the pool is relately small. The garden was great, but the seating area is so close to rooms’ terraces that we couldn’t sleep one of the nights because people chatting on the tables outside.

Massages were great. Kind service at the reception. Good breakfast.

The location - the hotel is surrounded by small privately-owned villas. There were loud parties with drunk people and screaming until 1 am on our first night. The hotel staff was helpless to address this, even saying police wouldn't care or do anything. The apartment suite was okay, but beds were not comfy, and weirdly, bathroom/shower was split from toilet, and basically you had to go around the whole flat from toilet to shower... this was inconvenient. The inside pool is in bad condition up for renovations. Most of the restaurant and pool bar waiting staff was not professional at all, outside a head waiter and perhaps one more waiter, everyone else was visibly inexperienced and not well trained. In sum, the place is okay-ish but the price tag is at least twice as much as what is should be. Far too expensive for what you get. If the price was literally half, I would have been fine. But for that money you expect more.

The place is generally okay-ish, the main staff are nice, pleasant and professional. The food was pretty good. The outside pool is better than the neighboring hotels pool.

The room was very small. The waitress in the restaurant didn't understand bulgarian well and she told us we could not pay by card, later we found out that wasn't true. You have to pay for the Salt room in the Spa which was strange, its usually part of the spa package everywhere I went.

Food for breakfast and dinner was delicious and there was a big variety. The spa part of the hotel was amazing - very big and nicely done.
