Everything was perfect!

The room was equipped with everything you need for short and long travels. My favorites were kitchen, excellent outside view and two washer plus DRYER! The sleeping was quiet and comfortable.

Unfortuantely we had encountered some insects (a few ants, a spider and a milipede) that were not the fault of the host, as most probably entered from the outside.

The location was close to the center, where you have a lot of options to eat. Everything was clean and comfortable, there are also 2 sunbeds on the terrace, the indication from the host were very clear and can make the check-in very easy.

We had everything, in apartment you have washing and drying machine with washing powder you can use. Kitchen, coffie machine, toaster.... And balcony with amazing view on forthress and night light show that we admire. It is near center, 10 min walk, shops, restarurants. Location is quiet and safe parking place. The host help to find place to eat.... Best of the best in our trip over Bolgaria !

I enjoyed staying at Panoramna due to all facilities - having a small kitchen, a balcony and most importantly a parking space. I was pleasantly surprised to have coffee capsules, a snack, water and the host was very nice, very prompt and helpful. The place looks great and I also had a city view. Although it is uphill, it is a very short walk to the city centre.

The location is as mentioned - 10 minutes walk from city centre. The terrace was amazing and the room was equipped with everything you need. The host was very friendly, willing to help us with any questions / queries during our stay. Parking is near property. We would love to return for a longer period.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Panoramna Guest rooms, the room was clean, we had everything we needed (slippers, coffee maker etc). The view was excellent, and the existence of the parking space was a huge bonus.

Great accommodation and very helpful staff. The room was bright, very clean and modern. The bed and the pillows were sooo comfortable. In the kitchen you have everything you need and the host wellcomed us with some complimentary products. The terrace is large and the view to the city is lovely. And a high point was the free parking.

I liked that the accommodation was very clean and had all the facilities: kitchenette, washing machine, ironing board and iron, bathroom items, disposable slippers, hair dryer etc. The bed was very comfortable. I communicated very well with the host and she was very prompt in her responses. We had croissants, water, coffee and tea from the house. Their terrace was very beautiful with two very comfortable deckchairs. The fact that they had a parking space was a big plus. The accommodation area was very quiet and near to the old town's center.

Nothing. Just the fact that I didn't realise how beautiful Panorama guest rooms, Ivelina and Veliko Tarnovo are before I booked because if I had this knowledge I would have loved to have stayed longer. I hopefully will go back again.

I loved everything about the Panorama guest rooms, the room itself was immaculate, everything one needed was there at hand even Ivelina's vast amount of special personal touches. Ivelina was a second mother to us , her words were "I want you to feel at home ".She certainly fulfilled her motto, above and beyond. I have travelled to many countries, but have rarely encountered a more generous woman. Veliko Tarnovo is such a stunning and cultural place to visit, please visit if you get a chance. You will not be disappointed at all.

The apartment is on one side of the town and in high area. It was not a big issue for us but it should be taken in account.

Clean and comfy apartment. Well equipped kitchen and great terrace. Laundry area available for guests. Easy check-in and parking area available for customers.
