I liked the size of the room, the sea view, the friendliness of the staff, bulgarian dance evening, the pretty good food. The hotel offers a fair price-quality ratio.

Although the hotel is rated 4 stars, it is obvious that it needs renovation. The furniture, the bathrooms are outdated.Another minus is the beach package, the sun loungers and beach umbrellas are old, damaged, poor quality. They don't even have mattresses!

The hotel staff were very helpful.Expecial Diana from the main desk. Kids' evening accommodation was perfect.The women that run these activities was great. She need to chance some songs due to swearing in English.🤣

The evaluation of the hotel does not correspond to the reality. The hotel does not deserve the 4 stars: the tube in the bathtoom degradated, the quality of the shower gel low, there were no towels when we got into the room, the quality of the food very poor.

The only thing we liked was the service we were offered from the girls from the reception.

It is definitely not a 4-star hotel because the room feels outdated. For instance, some of the tiles were cracked, the bathroom door wouldn't close easily, not enough sockets. The extra bed for the kid was not comfortable and it was rather shabby. We didn't use the pool area, we didn't like the artificial grass next to it, it looks cheap. I would have liked for the cleaning staff to really clean the floor instead of offering tons of varied towel forms.

Very clean, the hotel is very close to the beach. There was one toilet room and another one for the actual bathtub. A nice surprise was the mini washing machine. The food is varied and fresh, on the whole. The staff is polite enough and willing to help, they even responded promptly when asked to help with a bed issue.

Superficial cleaning in the bathroom. The toilet was not disinfected. It smelled like urine in the bathroom in the room and in the hallway. Water was only available from the dispenser. You receive a bottle of water in the room upon arrival, that's it. The juices were full of dyes, juice from the dispenser. The sun loungers on the beach did not have mattresses and were not enough for all the hotel tourists.

A good hotel for a low budget. The location is excellent, in a good and quieter area of the resort. I received a free room upgrade. Very large room, with very comfortable beds, air conditioning that you can adjust as you wish and turn it on and off when you want, the jambs on the room windows isolate the noise from outside very well. The staff strives to clean but there are also many tourists who do not respect common sense rules such as coming washed and dressed decently at mealtime, not with all the sand from the beach. The food is not of the best quality, but there are also good dishes, no one goes hungry. Very good vegetables and fruits. The coffee is good. Juices are to be avoided. Water is only available from the dispenser.

Single Plastic cups for alcohol would be better to change for paper or glass. We were supposed to have early check-in as our package confirmed it. In reality, the reception- not young gentleman said the hotel was fully booked, then we asked for all in braclets but he never gave us them before 14.00,thus we haven't realized what was included into early check-in)))

1) Hotel should be considered a 3star Hotel, not a 4star Hotel. For the price I paid I also didn't expect a 4star Hotel 2) Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Not just poor variety, also poor quality. As usual with a 3star Hotel. Other than eggs I did not have what to eat. At least the coffee was drinkable. 3) Unsecured parking outside on the street costs 20 BGN per day 4) Room: Mattresses soft, worn out and uneven. Wet room: No shower cabin or separating glass wall.

The hotel needs some renovation to be done soon, as it is a bit worn out! It would also be nice to have double beds for couples! Now they just put two single beds together and there is space between the mattresses, which is not great!

Perfect location! The food is good and the staff were extremely nice and helpful! They changed our room for one with better sea view at the first time of asking! Although the furniture is a little old, the room was clean and cosy! We had some personal health issues and all the staff were as helpful as possible, starting with the reception all the way to the hotel manager! The hotel is not luxurious, however it is great value for money! Close to the beach, free sunbeds and umbrella were provided, free drinks (not the highest quality, but it's what you get in Bulgaria)! Altogether, we are happy with what we got on a relatively low budget! Should keep in mind that the parking is paid and it's not very big! I guess during the high-season this might be a problem.

Some areas could be cleaner — the pool had sand for a few days, and the ice cream section wasn’t very tidy. Food variety was okay but not what you'd expect from a 4-star, and sweets weren’t great( no taste ). Paid parking is available in front of the hotel, The beach and pool bars were nice, though the beach bar could offer more options. Beach sunbeds were without the mattresses, making them hard to sit.

The hotel has an excellent location near the beach, with free access and a nice pool area. Rooms are spacious, food was good, and the reception kindly upgraded us to a sea view. Staff were always friendly and the room was cleaned regularly. Good terrace for meals and good pressure for hot water.

The hotel needs renovation.

Food - not too many choices but enough and good. Staff - very friendly. Room - we had an apartment with sea view even if the one we booked was not with sea view. Beach - most of the seats were not "reserved" full day, meaning that at launch most of people took their staff and left free seats. But people used to "reserve" seats with towels in the morning and come to the beach after breakfast.

Sunbeds are limited. Unfortunately, we had to face the problem of not finding any sunbeds on the beach, even though other guests, whom the sunbeds were not included, were laying on them. Really disappointing, having the fact that we paid for them in advance, and nobody controlled the who gets them and who doesn’t. Rooms do not meet with the rating of the hotel.

The hotel is 20 years old and needs very serious renovation.

Really polite and helpful staff. Front office manager helped us with finding a parking place. We had a room upgrade. The food was very good. Especially Khalid makes really tasty Stromboli and pizza.

I didn't like that the so called private beach didn't have enough sunbeds and there weren't special places for the people with sheets. The other problem was that there was a tourist who came with a Cd-player and the music was extremely loud. I would have liked that the staff who was hired to manage the beach to supervise the comfort of tourists.

The staff was very friendly and helpful,but the problem was that some of them didn't speak English very well and there were some situations when we couldn't communicate well.
