Although there was a ‘ no smoking’ sign, the room reeked of cigarette smell. Maybe they didn’t have time to clean up before our arrival. There were also unwashed cutlery.

Great value for money, the studio we stayed in was pretty big. Bathroom was great, comfortable bed, room equipped with everything you need. Would recommend.

Room equipment was quite old and room could use a renovation.

Reception lady was very responsive. Beds were clean a comfortable. WiFi worked well. Room was quiet during night.

The entire facility is old and needs renovation to match the current days expectations in terms of design and fresh look, but also to match the room charge. Parking is a nightmare.

Spacious room with balcony, comfortable bed and pillows, fridge, A/C, a useful balcony, located close to the very center of Varna. The host communicated very well and was proactive and kind.

For the price this was brilliant stay. Don’t look at the outside that’s not anything like the inside. 10 mins walk and you’re at the beautiful cathedral.

the bathroom was rather "tired" after the summer season, but I am sure they renovate the rooms before the start of the new season. and the plant in bathroom needs to be watered from time to time.

Not all the light bulbs were working. The fridge is not working. We couldn't open the window at afternoon because the neighbors were cooking and it smelled a lot.

We liked that we had no pay before arriving, our previous host just gave us back the money and we had to find an accommodation for the same night at 3 pm in Varna. We were worried and a bit lost, but this hotel had a very acceptable offer. The room was clean, it had a little bit smell of cigarette, but it was ok. The room was clean, the beds and bed clothes comfortable.

I could only get 1 channel on the TV

Nice and clean and comfortable for the money I paid, I had a very late arrival, the staff sent me detailed instructions on how to use the late arrival monitor outside. Close to cathedral and the centre. Staff were very friendly and professional. Kettle tea and coffee in the room which was a nice surprise.

Location near the hotel seems like a typical sub-urban area - not good ;) Hotel itself is clean, room was spacy enough, but little bit old-fashioned regarding furniture or fridge. Bed was very comfortable. Staff is very friendly.

Everything was fine. The only confusing thing is you should order a breakfast in advance when you arrive to the hotel. On booking.com in the hotel list of facilities a " good breakfast" is shown, however, there is no option to confirm it on the website and it does not come automatically.

Comfortable, clean hotel, excellent location in the city center, supermarket and restaurants nearby, small but comfortable bathroom, suited me (single traveler). The staff is very friendly, welcoming. . Excellent hospitality

The room spacious and clean and a balcony. Everything was there coffee, waterboiler, .. perfect. The matrasess are excellent. Thereabove was the staff and cleaning lady very kind and helpfull

Everything was very dirty. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom, even on the curtains. The floor and doors were oily. The whole hotel and the room smelled bad
