Internet was bad and host didnt really try to help, even though i messaged a few times about it and her saying she would send the cleaning lady to fix it (she didnt)

Bathroom was moldy and toilet was not flushed when I came. Apartment could be more clean but it's not too bad. Wifi was sometimes working sometimes not.

I like how the aesthetic of this apartment is unique. Bright colors and lots of flower details everywhere. Shiny fun looking floor. Kitchen is nice.

There was not much space to move around for 3 persons with big bags.

The location and the attention to the colour theme in the flat (purple coloured theme, including the colour of the water kettle!)

Not easy to spot the apartments as a small sign on a block. lucky we had a bulgarian who spoke English as lady didn't who called to come to the apartments Else wouldn't been able get keys to get in The lights on corridor go off quick at night so dangerous To light up the stair flights The check in time was stated earlier but the owner asked us check in on bokung hours after the booking.com times No luggage storage too i email the owner to see if I could store it no response so no communication from the owner

Bad smell in the bathroom. No balcony, but OK for 1 night stay.

Great location, several min. Walk to the pedestrian area (Vitosha bbd), clean, small but well equipped kitchen.(all you need for breakfast). Ok for 2 adults 2 two young kids. Comfortable beds.

too many locked doors at night to exit the property (hate it if there was a fire! No lighting operating near entrance or lift on ground floor. Took a looooooong time for the water to get hot.

The property is close to transport and all that I needed. Unique furnishing. Fridge and washing machine . Walking distance to tourist attractions and restaurants.

We got to the address and they said "Do you know where the orange flower apartment? (laugh)". We were not sure where the reception was. A lady came out and took us to an apartment which was 5mins walk away from the google map location so I don't know what happens if you don't bump into a lady accidentally. Or maybe they were waiting for us there all day? Room was good but the bed was very soft and we could feel the bottom of the wooden bed so glad we only stayed there for one day.

Sadly no bathtub (which is indicated on the page and I explicitly asked the host since I couldn't see clearly in any of the pictures, and she confirmed there is). The bathroom did have some mold problems on the ceiling and does not drain well so the floor outside the shower (where the toilet is) would get very wet. The shower was still comfortable nonetheless with good hot water. Except for the bathroom ceiling, the rest were clean. It would also have been nice if there was some detergent for the washing machine but we just bought some as we felt it was not worth bothering the kind host for. There's no extractor hood so careful with cooking food that produces a lot of smoke or strong smells, it will linger. Overall still a good place to stay.

Great location as it was in the city centre with attractions and restaurants/supermarkets/public transport very close by and easily reachable, plus the lift saved us going up and down 3 floors every time. Even though it is in the city centre, there was no noise, great for sleeping and relaxing. Nicely decorated (impressive dedication to the theme!) and cosy as there was plenty heating and hot water. Very convenient kitchen with a stovetop and even a washing machine. Enjoyed the TV and there was strong WiFi. The kind host awaited us for the check-in and showed us around and also has instructions and suggestions printed in multiple language. They also provided basic toiletries/ amenities and of course some coffee and sugar.

Squeaky floor

We loved the apartment. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The apartment is located in a very quiet area. Everything was very well organized and we loved every detail. The woman who gave us the keys was also very kind. I definitely recommend this place.

The building itself is located on a run down street and the entrance is not very inviting. Once inside, the stairway was not very clean. There is some black mold above the shower that could easily be mitigated. The bed was adequate, but the foam is worn out and if you lay on your side, your hip will be feeling the wood slats.

The location is superb. You are 2-3 blocks from the dead center of town. Very quiet as well, if windows are closed. Check in was easy enough, after waiting a few minutes for housekeeper to arrive and let us in.

Where do we start. The main issue was a lack of hot water most of the time, especially first thing in the morning. We ran and ran the tap, but it stayed cold. One time a woman came round mid-morning and ran the taps to show they were now hot, but a bit late for us to wash! The following morning the water was cold again. The place had a tiny kitchen, which was the only place to sit. The bathroom had no shower curtain, so everything got wet on the one occasion we managed to have a shower.

The location was good, in central Sofia.
