Keep in mind that there is no door between the two rooms. The mattresses in the two-bed room are not comfortable. It could be more tastefully decorated and maintained.

There were few spiders on the Terrasse and one in the house. I have a fear of spiders.

Everything was perfect, we had coffee capsules and cold water left after every cleaning. The apartment was wide and bright. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable.

Nothing - thought the description given was very good so we knew what to expect.

Very well situated in the centre and close to the cathedral and other attractions. Bakeries nearby to get breakfast and coffee. Our late check in went very well (our flight had been delayed). Staff very friendly, changed our towels every day and made the room up. I liked the wood floors and high ceilinged rooms which gave the building a certain charm. Although it was warm outside and we had the windows open it was not noisy. We were on the third floor but being reasonably fit not a problem for us - but note there is no lift.

Maybe it's a small thing, but the refrigerator was really loud, which would bother me sometimes.

The rooms have older furniture, but that is not a problem, because everything is comfortable and decorated with style. The bathroom is also spacious. It is located in the center, where all the sights are accessible by easy walking.

a kind gentleman checked us in and explained about how to use keys; old building that has been lovingly restored; room has sweet antique furniture and beautiful old wood floors; both the bedroom and sitting room are spacious; small balcony with table and chairs; spacious shower with hot water and good water pressure; working lamps on both sides of bed; inside of room and stairways are very clean; two water bottles in room; on third floor; so quiet inside room and at night

The air conditioner didn’t cool down the room as quickly as most others on my 7 week trip, perhaps it needs to be checked? And I would personally have preferred a softer mattress.

My room was large with lots of space to spread out. Good refrigerator and great coffee pot and pods. Excellent shower with immediate hot water and pressure even on the top floors. Great location as well, about 8 minutes walking from the metro (which has elevators and escalators), and close to many sites. Overall, an excellent stay.

The place is right by the Basilica of Saint Sofia and Sveti Aleksandar Nevski, super convenient to get around. The room's a bit retro but spotlessly clean, and the street is really quiet and safe. WiFi is excellent. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and sorted out all our issues.

Exceeded our expectations. Great location and very spacious room. We arrived earlier than expected but because room was free they let us go in early, which was great after a long coach journey. Great service.

The hotel is very central, just a short 7 min walking to the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral. The hotel is beautiful, with an antique aesthetic and the staff was very friendly. Maybe the fact that seems a bit old might not appeal everyone. Bathroom was large and the bed was comfortable. I also appreciated having coffee and tea in my room. I had a great time in Sofia and the room definitely contributed to my experience. When I go back to Sofia, I want to stay there again.

Nothing - this is an excellent Hotel.

Location: Superb for exploring Sofia. Very quiet. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. We stayed in the attic room, which was quirky. WIFI excellent. Friendly lady on reception - explained everything fully.

Amazing location for sightseeing and a short safe 15min walk to the main bar/cafe street. Bed was comfy. Room was clean. Shower could have been hotter.
