Limited choice of food for breakfast and dinner. No children's menu. If meal runs out, it will not be renewed. Drinks at dinner had to be purchased at an additional cost but for breakfast they were free.

Rooms are warm, big and clean. Breakfast is good. Location is good, even very good, if it's enough snow on the path which connects the hotel to the slope, passing through the forest. It is good to know, that skiing on that path, is not suitable for beginners. Food served at the restaurant is very good. Congratulations to the restaurant's personnel, the lady from the reception and the gentelman in charge of the car park and other administrative tasks, for how they are doing their job, all are very helpful. After all, a very good price-quality ratio.

Overall cleanness should be better. For five days I've been there, nobody came to take care of room, to clean the room or change the towels. Maybe the worst thing is unbearable smell in hotel restaurant. The hotel has to take care of ventilation asap.

Hotel is near the slope no.7 and ski lift which can take you to the ski center no.3, where you can take other ski lifts to the top of the mountain. On the other hand, on your way back to the hotel the same ski track no.7 can be used, but you should cross the street what is very strange. It wasn't so expensive and it can be considered as advantage. The staff is polite.

One of the receptionists did not know English. Then, when I used Google Translate she couldn't solve the problem and she told me to talk to the manager, the next day. Probably the location does not provide cleaning, because nobody did any cleaning except taking the trash. The lack of enough snow made it a little difficult to get to the slopes. The breakfast was pretty poor. Only basics. Same eggs and low quality sausages. The parking lot and the street in front of the hotel gets very crowded.

Only thing that should be better is the kitchen facilities. There weren't anything to make coffee or boil water in.

Rooms were clean and the staff was nice. Location is near Studenets ski lift which is best for beginners skiers. Also the breakfast was good. Very good price for the accomodation.

The breakfast was really basic, not special at all. We took dinner once at the hotel (not part of the deal), and were not happy at all. It is much better to go to the Castle restaurant, which is a 2 minutes walk.

Nice location, comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Also, the free reserved parking is really comfortable. 10-15 minutes walk from the Studenetz lift.

Nothing serious

Cozy hotel with friendly and helpful staff, attentive owners. Two rooms apartment was big enough to accommodate us with two kids with no issues. Kitchen facilities were available including all required utensils, but you might need to bring your kettle with you if you need it. Breakfast was not very fancy but well assorted. We booked our stay with dinner. Although there were just a few options to choose from, portions were big and tasty. There were a few deficiencies found inside the room straight after check-in but nothing critical. Room service every third day unless you request it specifically. Parking, WiFi, storage room for your equipment are available. Location is not ideal but we liked it. Overall, we liked this place very much!

The owner and the staff members are very open and friendly. The hotel is very clean and warm. The apartments are very spacious and you have everything that you need, the bathroom is clean with towels, soaps, hair, and body lotion, and hear drier. Breakfast is ok for 3* hotel and dinner was very good - a taste of homemade food. You can go by the skies to the sloup Studenac through the wood and really close by, but only if you experience skier. There is a lot of parking in front of the hotel and nearby and it's free. All in one, it's not a brand new hotel but it's very clean, and warm, with very friendly staff. we had a great time and the kids love it.

The hotel is old and needs some refurbishment. for example the bed was very uncomfortable and the shower door was broken. Also the breakfast needs improvement.

The host was great! All the people who work there are so kind, especially the owner! I've had trouble with a car, and he helped me, he was open for all kind of conversations! The heating was great, also the food "a la carte" is so delicious, i suggest you to try all dishes made on SACH! A lot of parking.
