I am glad I chose this accommodation. Everything was perfect! The room had a wonderful view of the beautiful surroundings, the pool and the sea. The breakfast and dinner menus were very satisfying. The staff were very friendly and helpful! We had a great time! :-)

The place out of a storybook. We booked the room with a sea view and it was the best. The room had panoramic windows all around and a direct way to the balcony. The room had a lot of space. Just 5 mins walk to the beach where you can relax and enjoy the sea or if you want to use the hotel facility they have everything jacuzzi, 2 pools, sauna and massage. About the food the restaurant did a great job, very delicious food. They accommodated all our requests from preparing flowers and a cake for my gf to accepting our last minute request for a late checkout. The staff was so very warm and welcoming. Special shout to Daniel from the restaurant and our cleaning lady from the floor, sorry we didn't ask the name. Overall the experience was amazing, we wanted to relax and WE DID!

Parking in the basement was so convenient, and we were immediately shown the lift that takes you directly to reception – such a smooth start to our holiday. Check-in was warm and welcoming, and every member of staff we met was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cheerful. The rooms were spotless, modern, and beautifully designed, making it a very comfortable stay for our family. The location couldn’t be better – the beach is only a 2-minute stroll away, perfect for families who want both relaxation and convenience. A special thank you to the incredible reception team – Daniela, Gergana, and the manager on duty on Thursday 14th August – for arranging a complimentary late check-out. Their thoughtfulness and hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable and added such a personal touch. This hotel is a hidden gem in Burgas – modern, stylish, and run by a team who really care about their guests. We left with the best memories and will definitely be returning.

Diddi beach could be cleaner - it is indeed a public beach but it can be cleaned - mostly it was seaweed which can put people off.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel The hotel is new, modern, and beautifully designed. The entire staff was extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options and plenty of everything. We also appreciated the convenient and spacious parking. A special thanks to the manager,gerhana gerhivea who was very kind and allowed us a late check-out — it made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was OK I'm not really a fan of buffet breakfast, its never hot .enough Same for all hotels. Get rid of the juice machine and offer fresh juice.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment. Lovely decor, attention to detail.Beds super comfortable and huge. Coffee machine with wide selection of pods. Kangan water provided every day... I think this is amazing. .Complimentary bottle of wine in our room, a glass of prosecco on arrival. Bathroom products provided are natural and lovely. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Swimming pool was lovely and I believe salt water. The spa was amazing offering 2 different Finnish saunas, steam room, salt room, mineral pool and indoor pool included in the price of the room. Stroll to the beach. I'll certainly go back

Exceptional! An extremely pleasant experience, everything was superlative, the accommodation, the food, the outdoor pool, the Spa center! New hotel, 1 year on the tourism market, responds highly to the most demanding requirements of tourists, for the 4-star classification. We found quality at a good price and we can only come back as often as possible, becoming loyal customers of the resort. We liked the positioning, the accessible and free parking, the professionalism of the staff, the modern building with quality utilities and interesting decorations, a designer and architect who thought of all the details. The outdoor pool is large, clean, well maintained, with quality sun loungers and umbrellas. The water was 30 degrees Celsius at lunchtime. Likewise, the Spa center is superior to others we have visited, with everything necessary for customer satisfaction. The water in the large pool was 32 degrees and you can swim with great pleasure, it is extremely spacious. In the jacuzzi and the pool with hydromassage jets, the water was about 37 degrees. The saunas were very clean, well maintained, as should be normal at any Spa center, enough sun loungers, water, tea, fruit at your discretion, very kind and responsive staff. The restaurant is very good, even if the menu is not extremely rich, but the food is tasty, fresh and the staff very well trained and extremely kind. We felt extraordinary on this vacation and decided to return in just 3 weeks, this season, because we know how to appreciate the effort of the hosts and the quality that they do not discount for the satisfaction of tourists! In this way we thank you and encourage you to keep the bar high. Whenever possible, better, but do not lower the current level, as others unfortunately do... The loss is only theirs! Even though our seaside is closer to home, we prefer to go further afield, where we find quality, professionalism and respect for our clients! I highly recommend it! Good luck! ☆☆☆☆☆

The lounge music was too repetitive (basically the same ~5 tracks), although during my last two days it was updated - almost as if they read my mind. Possibly my oversight, but I couldn’t find any power sockets near the desk in the bedroom. Otherwise - absolutely zero complaints from me.

The 2 keycards + a 3rd one already installed in the room for power - very thoughtful and convenient. It genuinely feels like the hotel invests in guest experience instead of cutting corners like many others. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in - no doubt I’ll return.

Small things mostly, like: - children's day-care is paid additionally. Small, unimportant fee (7BGN/ ~3.5EUR), but to me it feels in such hotel this should go as complementary service. - organization in the restaurants is definitely not stellar. - we had to wait till the minibar was checked for consumption even though they have my credit card details and I have clearly agreed to be charged should they find undeclared consumption. It's not for the 5 min wait, it's just the message you give your guests. - the breakfast - 6 days, 6 days of the same. Not that there is no choice, however for such hotel, it is underwhelming to say the least. Last thing is not related to the hotel per say, but more to the location - the beach is not going to be as per everyone's liking. Thing is once you get like 5 meters in the water you will notice you are no longer stepping on sand, rather on clay. For this reason the water is not clear and the sand is "dusty" (I can't come with better description). For us it was OK, but if you are looking for turquoise waters, well you should go to another beach.

People are great - everyone is really nice and responsive, smiling, greeting and welcoming! Facilities are new and OK maintained so far (trick will be to continue doing so...). SPA - it is good and we enjoyed it much. It also helped that it was not at all crowded, so we could enjoy it pretty much undisturbed. The restaurant is quite OK, though it depend which waiter serves your table. One time we had very nice dinner thanks to our waiter (young, tall guy with beard), while another time we had orders forgotten, wait too much for simple things, etc. It's funny as the waiter with the poor performance could often be overheard to boast how we was working for some 5 star hotels.

Our stay with the child was great! The personel is super kind and made all efforts to fulfill all our wishes. The hotel is brand new, clean and has a one of the best reastaurants with great menu and a spectacular atmosphere. We would definately visit it again!!!

The food in the hotel reastaurant was somehow strange, but the staff were friendly and we found some eatable positions in the menu.

Everything: the room size, the cleanliness. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good enough. The way to the sea beach was a little bit challenging and the beach was not so clean, but it still was nice. The pool was good and clean. Thank you, we will return.
