The room cleaning missed a lot of things to clean.

The room was big with modern design. Bads are comfortable. The view from the rooms are amazing.

Friendly staff but no written communication skills at all! Maybe it is not into their job description 😁 You could even desperately seek for an answer before arrival and receive no reply. We have even requested Booking client support....and their reply came a week later 🤣😂

Extra comfy bed, beautiful view from the 8th floor, quiet location. This must be mentioned: A wedding was booked at the hotel during our stay, with a top floor bar to be used for photos, only, at the 9th floor (somehow above our room). We were really impressed by the young participants which understood the rules (we supposed) of the hotel. We have had a good sleep, not interrupted by music or some other noises.

The restaurant didn’t work all day. It worked only in the morning and in the evening. The staff in the restaurant were rude and unfriendly. The kids place was not good at all. All toys are broken and dirty.

There is a ski wardrobe, however there is no convenient place to change into your ski boots.

The hotel is located in a communicative area. They also offer free shuttle to the nearest ski lift.

The only thing we didn’t like was that the room was a bit small ( although we didn’t spend much time there) and the breakfast could’ve been slightly richer (nicer bread, traditional Bulgarian honey and jams, etc)

The room was clean and very warm with a very beautiful view. The beds and the linen were new and very soft and comfortable. The staff were very kind and friendly. The cleaning personnel were also very kind. We liked that there was a storage for our ski equipment and that there was a regular mini bus to the ski slopes in the am and the pm so transportation was easy.

they claim they have a free autopark but if you find a place you can park! so the autopark is not enough for all guests and the stuff not helping you to find a suitable place. i parked my car in front of the hotel but the stuff warned me that i can not park my car there(Turkish Plate car) then i moved my car to another place, but during our stay Bulgarian plate cars parked that place that i was moved by the stuff, so why i was moved there because of the Turkish plate? What should i think about it? i think the hotel stuff must be more smiling face and it is now.

We went to the spa 3 times and 2 out of 3 there were no towels left. For 4 days straight no one came to clean our room, not to mention change our towels. The walls are so thin you can hear everything from the other rooms, as if its happening in yours. It was not a 4 star experience for sure.

The location is perfect, the breakfast was ok.

It would be great if the hotel had more parking spaces, since it was already difficult to find a place in front of the building. The room was too well heated and we had to open the window throughout the evening to let some fresh air in and be able to fall asleep. The breakfast was good with some vegan options.

The Hotel is a nice building with beautiful decorations and comfortable furniture. A bit outdated but very cozy. The entire building and every room, including the Lounge is well heated and clean. The room itself was clean with a wonderful view. Using the Pool as well as the Sauna was included in the price and we had a nice time there.

The spa is too small for a large hotel like this, I mean both the pool and the saunas. There were no spa towels 3 out of 4 days of our stay, no children-size wraps, not enough cups for cooler water in the spa area. Compared to other similar level hotels the spa is a disappointment. We also took a shuttle bus one from the hotel to the ski area (which is free of charge), and were hoping to get back with it in the evening, but no bus turned up according to the schedule, in none of the four stated times.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and with an outstanding view over the ski resort mountains. The food (breakfast and dinner) buffet was quite mediocre, could have been better for a 4-star hotel.

We came off season, so some of the facilities were not available: the first day there were no yowels at the spa and the jacuzzi didnt work. The second day they fixed it per our request The hotel feels like in the middle of nowhere, because it was not the season so most of the restaurants were closed

The walls aren't very soundproof - you can hear almost anything going on next to or above you. Also the prices in the restaurant were over the roof, at least the food was very tasty but veeeeeery overpriced (which it's normal for Pamporovo so I can't complain. :) )

The view was excellent, also the bed was very comfortable. The spa facilities were on point. maybe the jacuzzi could use a little cleaning but otherwise they were OK. The location is comfortable and if you like to take walks in the forest it's a great starting point (as long as you have a car).

The room was rather small. No good variety of tee in the room. No variety of TV programmes. No big variety of dishes in the restaurant for dinner of free consumption.

Excellent view towards the mountain. The massage in the spa was very good. The chapel in the lobby is very cute and provides solitude. The staff was very polite and helpful. Convenient parking in front of the hotel.

Door frames falling apart, squeaky doors and hearing people in the next room like they are in yours were my main issues with the rooms. Staff not paying much attention for many issues arising around breakfast was noticeable and apart from that restaurant is so so. Having the children play room entrance right next to a flight of stairs going steeply down is a potential accident that obviously needs to be reviewed by somebody who has children running around most of the time.

A relatively nice hotel putting the effort to be a good one. Staff is friendly and helpful and the common areas are nice with lots of stuff to do in the hotel.

The gym opens at 10:00. The lobby bar has no bartender, so each time you need something, you need to go and ask the front desk. The balconies do not have an adequate separation between each other and the noise from the pipes is too loud. You can hear it while in bed. They do not have sustainability policies. Plastic water bottles as welcome drink at the room, single use soap, shampoo and all that.

I enjoyed the view, the place and the balcony. I liked that the sauna and steam bath were quite hot and that the staff readily accommodated our bikes at the ski wardrobe. I liked that they have honey on the comb at breakfast.
