We had a studio room which was super spacious and very relaxing. Staff were excellent and provided helpful guidance and advice. Great location and only a 5 minute walk to the Sea Garden and the beaches. Just loved our stay at this Hotel. Highly recommended.

Decent location walking distance from town center and nearby large park. Closed garage was a plus as we traveled on motorcycles. Room was spacious, AC and internet worked well, beds were comfortable Breakfast was great.

There was a good range of cheeses, charcuterie, and fruit of reasonable quality for the self-service breakfast, but the hot items were disappointing. More clothes hangers in the wardrobe please.

The hotel is well positioned, just a short walk to beach or town centre. The ladies on reception were very helpful and friendly. Car parking spaces are a good size although access is slightly tricky. Rooms are modern and very comfortable with good storage space.Our studio room was very spacious with a good size sofa and balcony.

Could not regulate the Air Conditioning, it felt too cold at some point. It could be us though not been able to work out the programs

I had a truly enjoyable stay at MM Hotel in Burgas and can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and professional. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The room was modern, spotless, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and great attention to detail. I especially appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was — perfect for a restful stay. The location is also excellent, within easy reach of the city center, the sea garden, and plenty of cafes and restaurants. Everything, from cleanliness to service, exceeded expectations. I would definitely choose MM Hotel again when visiting Burgas.

The check-in (15.00) and check out (11.00) time for hotel, especially at this price level was not OK for me. Additionally, the check-in and check-out times are miising in the hotel description you see while booking - this is not OK too. If I had this information I would have booked different place. Otherwise the hotel is super!

Everything. There is an underground parking - Great in the summer heat, the car stayed in the shade. The staff were super helpful, smiling, genuinely accommodating. There is a restaurant on site with delicious food at reasonable prices. Their simple home made bread called "purlenka" is something between a naan and a focaccia, absolutely delicious.

Water temperature set very low in bathroom sink. We arrived very late and couldn't see on any of the info in the bedroom what time Breakfast finished. Reception told us in the morning 10.00 a.m. We were in dining room at 9.40, asked for scrambled egg and was told we were too late and we actually felt a nuisance.

Some waiters in the hotel restaurants were not very friendly. The safe in the room was not securely attached to the surface which is not a secure solution.

The reception staff was very friendly. Rooms are stylish and clean. The breakfast is good enough.

Best place I stayed in Bulgaria. Room was super comfortable and nice, compared to any of the other places I stayed at. Receptionists were super professional, also speaking very well english.

Breakfast wasn't the best (but dinner was incredible)

Staff were lovely and so helpful, every single person we dealt with was pleasant and happy to assist with booking taxis etc, handy location, we had access to two balconies on the second floor! Beds were comfy, cool lighting and you're so close to everything.
