RomaniaThe parking fee was a bit expensive.
Great location, everything was fine. The food was good every day, with a different themed dinner each night. The drinks were also good. A nice touch was that on someone's birthday, the hotel staff would wish them a happy birthday in the evening and they would receive a half-cake and a bottle of champagne—I thought that was a really nice gesture. The room was spacious and clean. All in all, it was a great value for the money.

SlovakiaLoud music from outside. But that was a trade off for a central location. Dated bathroom. Elevators were always full.
Breakfasts were ok but very similar each day. However dinners were exceptional. Lots of meals every evening, always different and sometimes even a welcome drink before dinner. The main benefit of my room was the balcony with a really nice view. Close proximity to the beach. Very comfy bed and pillows.

Very comfortable accommodation, colorful kind of food, variety, clear every day room. Nice restaurant up of 10 floor, in this hotel you wont be hungry ice cream was very tasty:-)

GibraltarAn event was being held one evening in the hotel and we (4 people) decided we would go after eating our meal in the restaurant. It transpired that because we booked half board we were not allowed to buy a drink 🤦. What did they think, we would stay there all evening without a drink? It would appear that you could only have drinks if you booked full board! Perhaps a better idea would be to buy a drinks package at reception if they do not want their bar staff to handle money. Clearly, we left, disgusted. We will not be going back and I refuse to book full board because of their silly policies. Very upset client!

GibraltarRant: evening entertainment bar only catered for full board holiday visitors. We were more than happy to pay for our drinks but apparently this was not allowed which is ridiculous. Perhaps a drinks package purchased at reception would be a better idea. Their loss as we left and I won't be returning next year. Shame as we quite liked the hotel but this ruined it for us. 🤷

UkraineBe noted that WiFi in the rooms is not free. And you pay per device. So if you have a couple people with several gadgets, it will be pretty costly. But even paid WiFi is slow - just 10Mbs. I would recommend buying a sim card with unlimited traffic and sharing from the phone. The damp smell in the bathroom doesn't go away even with ventilation turned on all the time. A/C in the room is pretty weak, doesn't cool down properly. The music in restaurants is tense club music, not chill. Changing it to chill jazzy music will drastically improve the atmosphere. Lunch is mediocre. The pool smells weirdly. Maybe it's because of the end if the season. Sound isolation is weak. You could hear neighbors TV and talking even when they're quiet.
Good breakfasts and dinners on the top level of the building. Beautiful view from the top restaurant. Decent pool. Good room size. Several 24/7 supermarkets nearby. Nice and polite staff. September is a good time to go, as it's not too crowded.

RomaniaThe bathrooms looks old and not clean. There was a bad smell from bathroom drain everytime you take a shower. The food is very basic with few options and without taste. It was hard to find something good to eat. Surprinsingly, the cakes were really tasty even if they were very sweet. The staff at the reception was ok but not very welcoming. The guy in the parking was asking for tips even if we payed the parking by day. The swimming pool is very small and crowded with many sunbeds and people all over the place.
The hotel is located in an animated area, at 7-10 mins to the beach. The rooms are nice but not so modern as they look in the pictures. The resturant at 11th floor has a nice view. The beds and pillows are very confortable. The elevators looks nice as you can see from the reception how they are going up.

AlbaniaA very large hotel for such a small swimming pool. And there isn’t anything else. Ten floors with apartments, with the only restaurant at the 11th floor it was a pain taking the elevators up and down. They are too small to fit more than 4 people. So you have to wait and wait.

Excellent 4 star modern style hotel with friendly staff, good room equipment, good cleaning service. Breakfasts and dinners were outstanding. Outdoor pool is also very clean, under good maintenance. Overall a very family friendly place.

SlovakiaRooms could use a deep clean. Toiletries only given at the beginning of stay - soap, hair gel, lotion, only once per 7days... Pool area was really nice, but to allow guests to reserve everything with a towel at 7:00 in the morning is not acceptable.
the staff, under the management of Aziz, and his guys, were excellent,humble and kind. Always smiling, but also honest if asked, I had almost a family relationship with them,as I also grew up in hospitality business. Food was awesome! I would appreciate non alcoholic beer in the all inclusive menu

CanadaThe hotel lobby area very small, the pool area very small, this hotel guest capacity is more 700 guests. If people would not have the option to go to the beach, you won’t be able to be by the pool because is really small. I went Gym one day I was charged $15 LV for a gym that has not equipment, only a bench couples weights and a bar that is it. I was sitting by the pool area on a table with chairs and an employee came to me saying that I can’t be sitting there because that was for all inclusive guest, I did not think that was right because the hotel is already very small and not many options
