Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Finlandwe rented an apartment for 3 weeks, during this time no one came or changed the towels, I asked the staff to clean and change the towels, they did it only 2 days before departure. big minus no washing machine small fridge all frozen not enough dishes the staff is always late, if we agreed to meet at the same time, they arrive 2 hours later, they don't even say they are late
when I arrived at the apartment the balcony was dirty I asked them to clean it but no one came and did not clean it I cleaned it myself

BulgariaIn booking it’s mentioned there is available parking, however, when we arrived at the hotel the receptionist told us there is no parking space so we should find one on our own. The room wasn’t that clean, there was a strange smell.
The swimming pool was nice and it’s not so far from the city centre. Overall, it’s good for the price.

SerbiaFirst of all they said room will be ready at 14h, when we arrived they said its not ready till 15h. After 15h they said still not ready(they lack personel) At 19h we took keys and went to room no matter what. All we got was sorry (1 day payed ruined) No wifi you need to pay extra, then you need to pay repair man (40€) coz its not working. Small bed is broken, chairs are broken, bathtub and toilet are leaking, always smell and wet. If You can avoid menada agency at all cost

Itt was a small apartment but very comfortable with a washing machine and oven. The neighborhood is quite and the pool was very clean.
