Mantar complex is well situated and managed. The interior of the hotel and the restaurant is stylish. The food they offer is delicious both for breakfast and dinner. The outdoor pools are perfect though we liked more the small one. The days we stay were very warm and it was pleasure to relax and walk around. There are many historical and cultural places to visit. A lot of wineries in the area are offering a variety of good wines. It was a short stay but we definitely will be back some day!

Very good tranzit hotel on our way to Greece. Very good indoor and outdoor pools with geothermal water and various facilities. It is in the middle of nowhere, pretty close to the border, but with good facilities, clean, good local food and warm people.

The room was big and the beds were comfortable (although one was an expendable couch). We enjoyed both the interior and the outside swimming pool. The food at the restaurant was good. We were in transit for one night

I recommend better maintenance of details like: the window net in the room was broken, the fitness was dirty, the water machine in the spa was broken. These are details which make a difference

We like the hotel in general and it was one of a several stays there. The spa center is nice, the restaurant food is good, the staff is very polite and there are people who work from the very beginning, which is great!

Breakfast was nicely laid out. Dinner was premium quality very very beautiful! The room was absolutely clean and staff everywhere were extremely professional ! Would not hesitate to stay again well worth the money! Spa and inside/out pool area excellent! The room was a good size for two and A/C was working perfect!

Despite the functionality of the SPA, and the number of people attending, it came as a surprise not to have the sauna and hammam ready to use. They were cold in the afternoon, which is a shame for a spa resort. The bathrooms need some maintenance, dirt start accumulating at the bottom of glass walls, the shower head was heavily leaking, making showering a challenging activity.

The Hotel is great. Location is nice and access from highway is fast and easy. Staff was nice and helpful. Facilities are excellent, swimming pools and the park are great. Spa facilities are top. Food at the restaurant was good and menu looking great. Soundings are looking very good

No hot water for two nights! Spa center was close and I was informed only after my booking. No told me the kids play room was a part of the spa and was close as well.. The rooms have light curtains so if you wanna sleep after 6.30.a.m this hotel is not for you.

The room had a terrible smell, and the floor was very very old, the spa was closed, find out only after reservation; the road to the hotel is a disaster; at the restaurant we want to take dinner outside in the garden, was not possible, but for locals is possible, definetly not a 4 star hotel, better 2 star, definetly find much better spa hotels in Bulgaria, avoid

The bathroom and the pools were not clean. The outdoor pool needs to be much cleaner.

The road to Mantar Hotel is teribile. From the Highway to the hotel there are only few km, but the short distance is full of holes. With few exceptions, most of the staff doesn’t speak any foreign languge. There is no service to carry the luggage.

The staff is kind, especially the old gentleman taking care of the restaurant. They are very honest with the price. Because the Spa was closed, the hotel offered 20% discount.
