When we arrived we were located in a room facing the street and it was quiet noisy if you are light sleeper like myself

The staff were amazing and they relocate us as soon as a another room was available. The facilities and the rooms are brand new and super comfortable and clean. Highly recommend!!! We'll be staying there again when we visit next!5 stars for the staff and the hotel!!!

Nothing really

Very nice small business hotel, that actually looks better on the inside than the outside. Polite staff, minimal stylish interior, the location is near the sea garden and the beach itself, there is a restaurant attached to the hotel (we didn’t tried it) that looks nice, but also there are several very nice restaurants in proximity to the hotel, some bars and even a nightclub in 10 min walk. The price was really reasonable

The hotel is really next to the beach: the room was very clean and comfortable. Our room had also a small terrace. The staff is very nice and found us a spot in parking although it was quite full: we really appreciated this because parking is the city is not easy at all.

Location: the city centre with restaurants and things to see, the beach, the marina are all very close. The hotel is very new and so all the facilities are very modern, the bed very comfortable.

My gripe is rather specific and probably more directed at other Booking.com reviewers. When booking this room, there was a lengthy chain of American reviewers who stated how excellent the English language skills of the employees were. The English language skills of the employees were effectively zero, they could not help me with even the most basic of questions (can you call me a taxi, where is the bus stop etc). Air conditioning could've been a little more powerful in the suites, I assume it was fine in the rooms.

Womderful location, near the beaches and piazza. Very spacious suite with great black-out style blinds and juliette balcony facing a very quiet street. Double glasing and soundproofed windows. Restaurant was good.

Not such an issue, but the air-conditioning system is a bit old and one could hear the vibrations from it in the room. One easily adapts and it becomes a white noise.

The hotel is at a very good location, close to the train/bus station as well as the city center and the main park and beach. Staff are great, there is a restaurant in the building and overall value-for-money is definitelly worth it.

The only small discrepancy was the price of the parking- the lady who checked us in said the parking was 8lv for 24hrs but when we paid (next day, different receptionist) the parking was 10lv.

I loved the senior receptionist who meet us and the cleaning staff - so polite and professional. We were late for a wedding and they had prepared everything before our arrival - i asked if they have an empty room before the check in time and they managed to accommodate our needs. The room was clean and the air conditioner was left working before our arrival which made the perfect room temperature when we checked in.

The hotel charged my 70 yr old mom for 2 red bulls and a fanta missing from the mini bar. She put her water bottle in the mini bar, but neither red bull nor fanta would ever pass her lips. She insisted she had not consumed these and I pointed out that she would never consume either of these beverages, but staff said "you must pay" so she paid, as we needed to get to the airport. I saw this same issue on another review, so maybe you want the desk staff to take inventory of your mini bar upon arrival with you present, so you don't get charged.

Lack of tea making facilities in the room. On one hand it is not a problem as there is restaurant and Bar and it is possible to get hot water from reception staff. But as I was sick, having to get dressed every time to go to reception to get hot water for Coldrex, was not very convenient.

Very helpful staff at the reception and very good localisation - 5 min walk from South Bus station. If you travel to the airport- the bus stop is 1min away from the hotel. Clean, spacious rooms.

I recommend for stays of 5-7 days or less. Excellent location - beautiful beach (5 min), marine park (3 min), bus station, train station (5-7 min), central shopping streets, cafes, restaurants - (5-6 min). A very good restaurant with European cuisine and a neat garden on the ground floor! The staff is friendly and ready to help! The hotel is normal, but it needs refreshing and replacing the equipment in the rooms. Cleanliness is normal!
