There aren't many dining options near the hotel besides the hotel restaurants, which are good but expensive. The staff didn't know to advise regarding trails and attractions in the area

The rooms felt a little characterless and dated, but were spacious. The kids club was more suited to toddlers and my 6 year olds were not interested at all. Staff could have been more helpful when trying to organise a babysitter (offered as part of the hotel services) without seemingly any idea of what I was talking about, and being passed between multiple people for days. Eventually, they rectified this by solving the problem and providing the babysitter free of charge, which was a lovely gesture.

Facilities were excellent, with a water slide and outside pool for the kids, an indoor spa with steam rooms, saunas etc.

A little far from the center.

Large and clean room. There is an elevator. There is parking. Amazing spa complex with a large pool and a variety of facilities. Excellent breakfast.

Everything was perfect!

It was my second time here.The hotel is great, you have everythin you need.The spa is great. The room big and clean.They even met all my wishes..I asked for a balcony and I even had one! Big bed with plenty of pillows, which I liked.We had a coffee machine and a teakettle, a well- stuffed minibar.They were prepared even for diabetic persons.We had some complimentary thingsWater ( even for the back trip), cakes, coffee and tea.Big parking space, which was free.The staff was helpful and caring, with a smile on their face.I felt terrific, I felt spoiled.

It didn't look quite like a 5 star hotel because the bathroom was not clean enough and the bathtub was leaking. The bed was unconfortable because it had like a gap in the middle of the mattress.

Nice position of the hotel - you can easily reach Bansko's center. The beautiful river is right next to the hotel. There are plenty of parking spaces. Breakfast was delicious, with multiple choices.

This is an exceptional place to stay. It is not often I give a 10 rating for a hotel but this accommodation deserves such a grading. The hotel is modern and very smart internally. The restaurant is excellent and the breakfast offer superb - it is rare now for hotel to prepare and cook bespoke breakfast for guests. The hotel also has a very nice swimming pool which is available to guests at no additional charge. If I am able to visit Bansko again this is a hotel I would return too without hesitation. First class staff. Highly recommended.

Although the room decor is not the most inspiring, making it look a little bland and tired, we had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay and thought it represented very good value for money. Easter decorations still up in June.

Thought the pool and spa was very good and enjoyed spending quality time there. Spacious, very clean room with friendly, helpful staff.

I like the spa facilities and pool but the pool needs some touch up especially the tiles. My son’s foot got a small cut from the broken pool tiles. The staff are polite and they were very accommodating. It was my birthday and they allowed us to check-in early which I truly appreciated as I was able to put son to sleep for his nap and we were able to enjoy the facilities more. They also gave us complimentary Baklava which is a nice gesture. Nothing that I majorly dislike. Only that the Christmas decorations are still there at the end of March. Overall it was really a good place to spend time with your family and the place is very kid’s friendly with lots of things to do.

A really lovely place that offered a refreshing vacation. Tha Spa offered a lot of facilities, and a professional staff. The keepers at the kids playground were excellent. The food in the restaurant was great. The hotel was clean, the staff was professional, all the facilities enjoyable and relaxing. And all the seasonal decorations were a good cherry on top to give a lovely warm atmosphere.

During evening hours, the hot water current in the shower was a little unreliable.

A really nice hotel for families. The room was spacious and comfortable, the small balcony was a nice surprise. The shower was nice and big. The breakfast was luxurious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle to the slopes was a huge win for us.

Hallways are very dark, and it can be creepy when you are coming from room to the dark hallway.
