Breakfast was good but nothing exceptional. My room was connected via the balcony with what appeared to be the cleaning room for the cleaning stuff and I had an ashtray full of cigarette butts there.

You need to book a parking space in advance, as it is very small. We didn't do this on the first day and had to spend a long time looking for a place to park the car.

The only thing we did not like was the parking of our car. When we booked the room, one of the key criteria was the private parking under 24/7 surveillance. But when we arrived, we were informed that we should have requested in advance a parking lot. A message containing such information was sent by the hotel, but it appeared only in the booking messenger, not in my email inbox, like confirmation of my reservation, thus I did not see the warning. Finally, the personnel found a solution for on this regard, but before that we had to look ourselves for a private parking lot. Visitors should verify all messaging channels for eventual information notes to be duly informed and avoid surprises. Other than that - I highly recommend the hotel!

Well positioned for our needs. Close to the Metro Line, 20-30 min walk to the city Center. Big and spacious room, modern design, cosy, comfortable and very clean. The staff - amazing - helpful and nice. Good breakfast and easy communication.

There were some flies in the restaurant during breakfast and unfortunately some clients kept leaving the trays opened. Maybe some self-closing food trays would help with this.

Very helpful staff, clean room, the parking lot is underground and it was very easy to reserve. The bathroom was also very nice and big. We've stayed for only 1 night, but it was a nice stop.

The main issue as mentioned by others as well, was the air-conditioning. The rooms' air-conditioning is extremely weak and if you, like us, visit during a hot time, you'll have the same problem. Contacted the reception but nothing could be done, it wasn't a matter of fixing. The unit is actually behind 2 curtains, so it is actually covered by them and thus, not working properly. Lastly, the one and only elevator was very slow and due to high demand in rooms, cleanliness was rather average.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay, the staff were very helpful and accommodating especially the young men at the reception. Rooms feel new, nicely decorated, beds are comfortable. Breakfast was alright in taste and variety but more on the basic side I would say. Location was good, 5 mins walk to the metro and nearby mall with great stores.

The hotel is perfect in every sense. Modern, clean and organized very nicely. The room is very large, spacious, with nice furniture and very comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast area and the breakfast itself are also very nice. The location of the hotel is also excellent, 3 minutes' walk from the metro station, one stop to reach the city center.

Good breakfast, with private parking secured and very clean rooms, a very good place when you are planning to travel to Greece.

One of the reasons why we took this hotel is that they advertised free parking but it wasn’t. You have to pay approximately 10€ for parking and parking space is a bit tight. The receptionist was a bit angry because we came with “long” car and we didn’t booked parking space in advance.

The hotel was good and room was very comfortable. The breakfast was okay,not too much choice but fine. Location of hotel is a bit far if you walk to some famous places in Sofia. We took the taxi and that was very cheap.
