There is nothing to complain about this hotel , maybe a suggestion since it's apart hotel to put a microwave where you have complimentary snack area .honestly nothing to complain

We stayed for 4 nights , very good location just 3 minutes walk from vitosha boulevard which is the centre , the hotel is very clean ,very safe and nobody disturbs you .The rooms are very comfortable and also shower is nice.Hotel staff both receptionist and cleaner are nice and very accommodating.we even had a mini fridge inside room which helped.Tv , Ac and WiFi worked well , no issues.we would definitely recommend this hotel suites.

The only thing I can think of is the shower that didn't have a door or curtain, but it wasn't a problem for us.

Everything was great! The location of the hotel is central, near almost everything. We felt very safe inside because of all the doors they have to get inside. Eleonora, was very helpful before and during our stay. She answered our questions quickly and very kindly. The room was very cozy, the bed was very comfortable and we liked the 2 pillows per person. Thank you for everything!

The location is great. Very clean and modern rooms. There's a small cute 'lobby' with coffee/tea where we could also leave our luggage after check-out. Very comfortable beds. The stuff was friendly and helpful

It was very clean, very central location- close to metro station Serdika (5min walk). There are many cafes and restaurants around. The stuff at front desk was very helpful. You really get a good value for your money.

You can hear the noise of the tram from the rooms. It's not a big deal, though.

Wonderful stay in Sofia – thank you, Mira! I stayed at the hotel in Sofia from 29.06. to 30.06. and everything was excellent. The location is very convenient – in the city center and next to the public transport. My room was spacious, clean, and quiet, with a comfortable bed and all the essentials. The staff were kind and professional, and I want to give a special thank you to Mira for her warm welcome and helpful attitude – she truly made my stay feel special. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and pleasant stay in the heart of Sofia!

The location is perfect. Just a few minutes walking distance from Vitosha blvd. Parking doesn’t managed by the host, but we received the instructions to find a parking nearby (12 EUR for overnight stay). We really appreciated the flexibility and kindness of the host
