We were met by the host even if our arrival time was very late due to some unforeseen problems on the way to the property - nothing to do with it. Very polite and helpful, at the same time respectful for our privacy.

The nearby restaurant plays extremely loud music almost every very night and you can’t sleep. The music goes til early and in the morning and spoils the whole feeling of vacation.

Super close to the beach, very convenient, cosy, beautiful sunsets! The owners are fantastic, friendly and very, very helpful. Overall, it’s a really nice place for a holiday.

Some small items like salt, pepper, sunflower oil, vinegar, smaller knife could be supplied, so not every guest to buy a bunch of essential kitchen supplies.

Wonderful location, by the beach. Perfect clean beach with shallow sea for children. Second floor apartment, clean and spacious. Some problems with wi-fi and tv, due to the Internet provider (obviously only one Internet provider possible). The host did the best to handle the issue. The host came to the bus stop to take us with car, otherwise it's only about 15 minutes walking.

It was an excellent experience !! We received a very beautiful modern new house with a sea view on one side and a garden view on the other side. Every think - as you see on the photo !! It was exelent - every morning and every evening to see the sunrise and sunset on black see -from terrace of our house. We really like the owners, we received everything we wanted we got. The servise was exelent !! We highly recommend the place!! We will come back soon !!

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront apartment, which turned out to be perfect for our family with two small kids. The location is unbeatable - just a few steps away from the beautiful beach, making it incredibly convenient for us to go back and forth with the little ones. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the place. The kitchen had all the essentials, allowing us to prepare meals easily, and the living area was comfortable and inviting. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional hospitality of the host. When we arrived, no taxis were available, but our host went above and beyond by personally coming to pick us up. This gesture made us feel welcomed and set the tone for the rest of our vacation. The nearby area has plenty to offer, with restaurants, shops, and family-friendly activities all within walking distance. We couldn't have asked for a better spot for our beach getaway. We highly recommend this apartment to any family looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay by the sea. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable!

It’s right next to Amaya beach restaurant and there were wedding parties every night and it was a bit noisy but nothing unbearable if you close the window.

Amazing view and super comfortable for a family with a 6-months old baby. It’s right next to the beach. The manager was really helpful and very nice and welcoming. We will definitely come back again next year.

The tavern next to the facility can be noisy at nights. During our 6-night stay, events (a wedding, a birthday party and two concerts) took place for 4 evenings, often ending late in the night. It helped to leave the air conditioning whir all night so that outside noise couldn't be heard so much. Also the open shower corner isn't ideal as water spills on bathroom floor a lot. Not a big issue but worth mentioning.

Very clean and modern accomodation. We very much appreciated the air conditioning in both the kitchen/living room and the bed room. Host was very friendly and helpful, with very good spoken English. He was present at the facility during daytime. It was possible to replace the provided towels whenever needed.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. We had very good relation with Mr. Drago. With all his advises, we saw interesting places in Bulgaria and enjoyed our 2 weeks stay there. In Kraimorie there are several places with delishes Bulgarian cusine. Kraimorie Park are a new, well built buildings. No need to use air conditioning despite very high temperatures. Every day we had great view of the Black see, birds singing around and nice plants also around us.

Kraimorie is a dusty Burgas' neighbourhood. Nothing to do there at night, except a few restaurants. Not even a proper path for a walk.

I think we had the best accomodation in Kraimorie.

The only thing I recommend improving is picking up the room garbage every day.

We really liked the place. Very close to the beach but enough distance for quiet stay. Brand new houses with big rooms and everything you need. The garden is big with a lot of trees for shadow. It was very clean and comfortable. Our host Drago is very helpful and nice. We even had complimentary wine and water which is very rare in Bulgaria.

We flew to Bulgaria for a longer weekend, we are very happy with the trip. We got an apartment with a sea view, a fairytale view! Very close to the beach. The owner of the facility was very helpful, picked us up from the airport and drove us back. The apartment is very clean and has all the necessary things.
