The location is perfect, next to the beach, the apartament was big and very clean, we eat at a restaurant next to the location called The Terrace and the food was very, very good... all in all it was a wonderful experience, we will come back next year

Minor things, but I will mention them for anybody that wants to know: The parking spaces are a bit uncomfortable and odd, but not impossible to manage The apartment with balcony and sea view only has a partial sea view, the rest is the view to the rest of the buildings

Very pleasant host, good location and an excellent view over the kabakum beach. The apartment is quite cozy. The free parking inside the complex apartments was very welcomed.

It’s a quiet zone, the beach was clean. We were able to choose to stay on the beach on common zone which was for free, or to pay a tax for an umbrella and two sun beds. We had a free parking stop.

We didn't have something we didn't really like, but anyone can find something wrong if they really want, even in a 7 ⭐ hotel ;) The only annoying thing was that there were no towel hangers in the bathroom 🛁 not even one, and this was the only minus we can mention.

We had an apartment at the 4th floor, with direct sea view and the view was incredible. We could hear the waves as if they were right in our balcony. Fantastic feeling! The fact that they have private parking is a big plus.

Very kind host, the apartments were ready earlier, so we had early check-in. Very close to the beach, nice view. My mother lost her hat from the balcony on the below terrace, but the situation was solved by the host very quickly. They let us leave the car in the parking after check out, while we were at the beach. Clean apartments, spacious, well equipped, we tottaly recommend it. 👌

The bathroom is quite small for an apartment for four persons.

The location of the apartment is close to the northern part of the Kabakum beach, you can easily reach it in 2 minutes walk. The apartment was clean and comfortable, equipped with mostly needed kitchen supplies, fridge, microwaves oven, bedsheets, towels, everything perfectly clean. There are few groceries shops and restaurants around, reachable by walk, but if you prefer to ok by yourself you may not find everything you need (e.g. for fresh meet, fruits and vegetables...) We had a good time, will turn for sure.

AC units in each room. We were allowed to park inside the complex and the host was very nice to us. The view from the balcony was also nice. Had 2 toilets. There was ice ready in the freezer.

We did not expect to be accommodated in different buildings, although we specified that we were families, and the construction sites near our building and the beach were very disturbing for us. Also, the 4 or 5 power outages at peak times (when we had to prepare meals or had other family activities) were very disturbing and unexpected for the accommodation conditions we selected. At one point, we thought about asking the host for a part of the money back, but being Romanians accustomed to difficult situations, we considered it unnecessary to have contradictory discussions and ruin our vacation. We thought we would write these things so that future tourists would also take our review into account. In the 30 years since we've been going on vacation with our family, we've never had a power outage!!!

It was too far away from the main part of golden sands we had to get taxis most days so won't book there again.. But we did enjoy our time we were there...

The apartment was spacious and very clean nice view from window the block of apartments was a bit dingy and the pool was closed an very mucky water in the bottom.. The beach was really nice but most of the beach bars were closed..

The location is quite far from the center of Golden Sands, but this was something mentioned in the description, though. So read the description before making the reservation. You will need a car to go to the center. Also, the road to the center is very very bad. Of course, the hosts have nothing to do with this, but it's too bad that the municipality doesn't take action. On the 1st night, we had no neighbors, but on the 2nd night, somebody came upstairs and we could literally hear what they were speaking. I don't know if this is applicable to all rooms. We received a room with windows to the main street, which made it a little noisy by night. There are no curtains, only plastic window blinds, which don't make it too dark if you are used to sleeping like this. There was no coffee machine, as was written in the description. Maybe other rooms had.

We spent the first weekend of October in one of the Lex Kabakum Apartments. The host was very nice, she called in advance to set up the details of our arrival and waited for us, even if we came late in the evening. The apartments are pet friendly, which was the most important reason for us. The apartment where we stayed was very clean and had everything you needed for a weekend getaway. There are extra towels available, extra pillows, a hairdryer, a little kitchenette to prepare breakfast, and a small TV, and the beds were comfortable. The balcony is safe for animals, it has glass protection. And is very cosy. The apartment is within walking distance from the beach. There is a very good restaurant very close to the apartment, the owner is very very welcoming and the food is very good and tasty. Because we went in October, it was the only one open, but probably in season, there are many more.
