Comfortable room, good breakfast. Helpful staff. Location good for bus station but not right in center but it is a big city so it depends on where you wish to be. We had no trouble walking everywhere we wanted to go. Booking.com description is for the hotel overall so when booking you need to request your particular wants eg balcony.

What a lovely lady with a beautiful house about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Sofia. So friendly and helpful and especially caring. A joy to get to know, and we cannot thank you enough for your kindness. Great value. Would love to return and cannot recommend highly enough.

Maybe I found the parking a bit too pricey for Sofia and it didn’t correspond with what the Booking hotel site says, it ended up being pricier. We can’t comment on the breakfast as we didn’t have it.

Modern, well-furnished rooms located strategically between Sofia downtown (walking distance) and the airport. Good parking spots that cost extra and you need to book in advance.

The lady was so friendly and gave a lot of information about Sofia and Plovdiv. Thanks to her we had a happy experience there. Owing to early checkout we couldn't eat breakfast but she kindly made some sandwiches. If I am back I will stay again.

Everything...the neighborhood is very safe and peaceful, there is a park nearby perfect for the kids, private parking, delicious breakfast, large and spacious room, balcony. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our recent stay at this hotel in Sofia was truly exceptional, and we can't recommend it enough for anyone visiting the city. From the moment we arrived, the hostess made us feel incredibly welcome. She was not only very friendly but also provided a wealth of helpful explanations and local insights that greatly enhanced our trip. Her hospitality was a definite highlight! The room itself was wonderfully spacious and incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. We particularly loved the comfortable bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the excellent shower was a refreshing start to each day. The internet access was consistently very good, which was a huge plus for planning our activities and staying connected. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect – within easy walking distance of all the main attractions in the center of Sofia. This made it incredibly convenient to explore the city on foot. Overall, a truly five-star experience. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Sofia!

You have to pay to use the parking space, which is a bit of a bummer (not expensive).

Great location, walking distance to the City Centre if you enjoy walking. The hostess was really nice and really friendly, the breakfast was really good with loads of local options to try out.
