Great accomodation! Both rooms are air conditioned, there's a fantastic walk in wardrobe, and the kitchen has a coffee machine and there's a comfy sofa. In terms of location, at first it looks like you're just in a residential area, but you only have to walk 2 blocks and you reach the main street with the shops, cafes, and restaurants. There's a small convenience store just downstairs with a handy little coffee to go machine outside.

The only thing that we found tricky was the parking space, but if you're with a smaller car, you'll have no trouble.

The apartment was great, we had everything we needed. The host was friendly over the phone, and was quick to respond when the code to get the keys at the door was wrong. The location is great, so the parking was a huge bonus, keeping in mind it's so close to the center and it's usually impossible to find a parking spot. The bed was comfy, there was a little snack left for us, which is always a nice touch.

A well made apartment, comfortable, cosy and in an excellent location, near the center of the city. The host is ready to help you at any time. No need to think of anything even for parking, because there is free parking for that place on the ground floor.

Nothing! It was perfect!

The space is well-organised, equipped and convenient, perfectly located near to the Burgas' main square yet the district is very calm. The parking lot at the backyard is very useful but can be tricky at the first attempt of parking.

The location is perfect. Very close to the city centre and sea garden, yet far enough to be quiet. You'll receive the keys in a box in the building itself, which eases out the process a lot. There's a private parking spot available so you don't have to worry about your car at all. The apartment itself was very clean, had all the neccessarry kitchen utensils and stuff, a nice bathroom, spacious living room and cozy bedroom. The Wi-Fi connection is good and stable (I've used it for work, it was great).

Great place for an extended stay! Joy Apartment was our home in Burgas for a week-long workation in May, so we spent a lot of time in the apartment. Amenities like the washing machine + dryer and the fast Internet were super helpful. We liked the size of the apartment because we often needed separate rooms for online meetings. Clean, comfortable and cozy place a 5 min walk away from the central square.

The flat is in very good standard, clean and spacey. Everything necessary is included, even some basic kitchen equipment like tea, coffee, spices or oil or sugar. Wine opener included too. Balcony with view of neighbourhood. Easy self check-in. Perfect for two or three people. Wifi working fine. Anyone coming to Burgas please take some food for cats, they're everywhere. Flat highly recommended.

minor observations. keep in mind very hot/boiling water in the kitchen so make sure you start slowly with cold one :) movement sensor lamps in the hallway was a little annoying at night :) small construction work is going around the corner in other street at this moment (end march/first days of april)so walk path till main street can be bumpy 😀.
