The hotel exceeded our expectations. Our studio had an incredible view of the sea and a superb terrace. The hotel is very clean, minimalist design and original paintings everywhere. The breakfast is very good, offering fruits, fresh juices, coffee and various typical breakfast items. In the hotel restaurant you can have lunch and dinner with freshly prepared delicious food, fresh Black Sea fish is also offered. The staff is friendly and always smiling. Thank you for the wonderful stay at the JI hotel!

Breakfast is great -- fresh orange juice, good fruits and lavazza coffee. The hotel itself is a new building and of high standard. It is close to the beach, and situated in a nice and quiet location.

There was no mention that garden view rooms were on the ground floor or if there was I didn't see it while booking - personally I'm not a fan of being on the ground floor and would have really appreciated having know this so I could have booked a sea view room. With that said the garden was really nice and there was plenty of sun, I just don't like being on ground floors. The gym setup could also be improved with some free weights.

Very nice staff, good breakfast, very good location, rooms cleaned very well every day. The overall vibe of the place is good.

I have no complaints.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the whole stay. I am especially thankful that they waited for us to check in late at night after the allowed check in hours as our plane was late. The rooms are relatively big, with comfortable beds and a beautiful view of the sea. The staff cleans daily throughout the stay and overall the cleanliness of both the rooms and the common parts of the hotel is at a very good level. The property is secure with card access also on the outside doors. There is a nice pool and a cafe/restaurant on the property open only to guests of the hotel though we never used the pool as there are two beaches right next to the hotel. The closest beach is about 2 minutes walk with a beach bar that allows to rent sun loungers and umbrellas for 30/36 lv depending on the day ( about 15/20 eur). The area is quiet at night and we were able to sleep undisturbed all nights. It may get a bit noisy during the day due to events on the above-mentioned beach bar.

The additional bed for our son was folding almost every day, so maybe they could think of supplying more comfortable beds for the children

It’s a short walk to the beach, which is convenient, but the beach wasn’t very nice. A lot of garbage on the beach. The owner husband was very nice, but not very good at English, so there were some misunderstandings. I saw some of the nearby places had like an area for the kids to play with a little slide, etc and they have room for it upstairs where there is a bunch of empty space, so could be nice to add.

Very modern and clean with AC. The cleaning lady was really great and she even spoke English. There’s free parking spots. The young girl who came later in the week was also very friendly. Good that there’s a smaller pool in the big one, so it’s good for kids. Restaurants are a little more than 10 mins walk. Elevator.

All was great. Maybe only having a bit more storage could be useful. Travelling with two young kids, we realised we packed a lot of clothes/stuff that needed to get in a cupboard. But we could organise ourselves very well with what was available.

The hotel was very clean. We traveled with our two kids, who slept at the foldable sofa. It was specious and comfortable enough. The breakfast had variations every day and we could have different sweet and salty options. Fruits, vegetables, freshly squeezed juice and coffee were very good as well. We tried the lunch at the hotel a couple of times, which provided also great choice and very good quality of the food. Every dish we tried was really very delicious. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The view of our room was great. We enjoyed our stay very much. We will be back.

It was a bit of a schlep into Old town Sozopol with a baby (had to drive). However, being a bit removed from the crowds in town was also a positive.

Clean, modern hotel situated between two lovely Sozopol beaches. Staff was friendly and welcoming. A delicious breakfast buffet enjoyed poolside each morning.

We had breakfast and lunch each day and the food was freshly prepared and delicious The family run hotel was a real find - the family was friendly and helpful at all times. It was a 3 minute walk to the lovely beach and we also spent a lot of time around the pool

Perfect location for a relaxing time not in the middle of the big crowds. Easy access to the beach, nice pool and easy walk to restaurants and Cherry Market. Great breakfasts, parking available and had a balcony facing the water!

We stayed with our 9 month old child. The owners and staff were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is beautifully designed and very modern. It was a 5 minute walk from the beach and a 30 minute walk from the old town with a push chair.

Breakfast was a bit limited l but it was all of good quality (brilliant coffee and amazing fresh strawberry drink).

Good size room, 2 min walk to the beach, great pool area and atmosphere but the highlight were the people running the place (very accomodating, genuinely lovely and nothing was too much bother).

The experience I have had with this hotel has been truly terrifying. I recently stayed here and on the 2nd night I came to discover money was missing from our room. We inquired about this with the hotel manager. Nothing was done. The managers scowled at us for the rest of our stay and made us feel very unwelcome. I wrote a review on google reviews and booking.com about this and the other unpleasant experiences we had with this hotel 1 day ago. After posting this review, the manager found my personal social account on Instagram (extremely unprofessional) and proceeded to threaten me with pictures she had taken of our hotel room. These violating images included personal items and valuables that others could identify me and my friends through. She sent these to me via Instagram and threatened to upload these unless we took our reviews down, screenshots of this are attached. Not only this, but the daughter of the hotel manager also found my personal social media account and tried to follow me. This feels like a complete violation of my privacy and a threat to my safety and personal well-being. Not only was our complaint never addressed but I continue to be harassed by this hotel and the manager. Booking.com (the site I booked this hotel through) is currently investigating this further. Please take caution with this hotel. Here is a direct translation of what the hotel manager wrote to me on instagram, "Hello, thanks for the lies you wrote. We hope you don't want these photos to shine on your profiles? There are more - stains on mattresses, etc".
