They did not have lactose free/vegetal milk, i am lactose intolerant, but i still want a coffee with some kind of milk. It's a small adjustment which i know notice.

The room was very big and cosy, the bedroom had a double doors which you could close to separate. I found this useful as i had to work late and the others could sleep. Comfy beds, very well placed and thought. The restaurant across the road had really good food, it's part of the same company i think, they allowed us to bring back to the room a lemonade bottle as the lids wanted one more and i had a meeting to be in. Highly recommend the food there and the atmosphere.

We were not expecting to find such a quiet hotel, clean, with very well maintained rooms, great breakfast and free parking. The staff speaks english very well and is very helpful. The restaurant is also very good. We enjoyed our stay. We were in transit and definitely when needing to transit again through Bulgaria will stay here.

I had a wonderful stay at Jasmin Hotel. The parking facilities were excellent and very convenient, which made my arrival stress-free. Mind-blowing! I really loved this hotel while staying in Sofia. It is in a quiet area, with a great restaurant for late dinner and a huge variety of dishes for breakfast. The room was tidy and fresh,and the staff at the front desk were polite and offer a warm smile.There was also the extremely clean bathroom with a good selection of toiletries.I truly appreciated the views of the mountains from the balcony.Couldn’t have chosen a better place to overnight. I highly recommend it!

Around the area you don't have too many options to visit in walking distance!

I used this hotel just for transit and it was great for this purpose! I mean the room was quite big, a good size and a comfortable bed, a small pool if you have time to use it and the most important is it's own restaurant across the street which is very nice to have.

Great and safe location, next to the forest, in the middle of a green area and very close to the highway. Large parking lot. Clean swimming pool and terrace. Cute restaurant and supermarket nearby. Very friendly staff and impeccable cleanliness. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Good Wi-Fi. Good breakfast and great coffee. I strongly recommend!

Very clean and comfortable apartment for 4 people. Beds are comfortable and large. Breakfast is diverse and we can eat inside or in the garden. It was easy to go to the center of Sofia and also to go on the highway.

There were no tea and coffee facilities in the room. There also did not appear to be disabled facilities, i.e. no ramp to the entrance nor a lift inside.

The reception staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful with any requests handled quickly, e.g. pool towels and a kettle, as well as local knowledge like the buses and ordering taxis. The hotel was also very clean and kept so. The breakfast buffet was regularly topped up and decent quality. The rooms are a good size and the bed was comfortable, and the ensuite bathroom was good and up-to-date. Would say the location is OK if you don't need to be in the city all the time - it's well placed between there and Vitosha (which means it's a couple of degrees cooler than the city in the summer).

Our balcony was very small and no view. Only useful for drying towels. The road adjacent to hotel could be a bit noisy.

Spacious, clean and comfortable bedrooms with air conditioning. Pretty flowers in communal areas. Vending machine useful with shop next door and restaurant over road. Quiet pool area with shaded seating also. Decent breakfast with plenty on offer.

The hotel is nearby a busy street and you can definitely hear the noise from the cars. I was hoping by being outside of the city center that there will be more peace and quietness but I didn’t really get this feeling. The furniture is a bit outdated otherwise the rooms are clean and tidy.

Absolutely spotlessly clean. Staff are friendly. 20 min cab ride into the city centre. Also on a bus route. Rooms are big and spacious. Perfect getaway from the city centre with a small pool. Jasmin restaurant is also delicious.
