Parking was not possible most days, the spaces are very tight and usually all of them were taken. Very few parking spots. Room needs a refresh, the bathroom was very worn and everything was in bad condition. Some towels had holes in them and they were not that clean. Staff was entering the room before 12:00 to clean, even though Do Not Disturb was on my door. Room was right on top of the pool and throughout the day there were children/adults constantly shouting.

The building facilities are not well maintained. The kitchen staff was impolite, the breakfast was poor, and the coffee was scraped. There is no juice only water.

Perfect location, carpark in front for easy access and carrying luggage. The terrace view was partly to the sea and other buildings. Comfortable access to the building. The beach is exactly next to it, just a few meters away.

Didn’t had any Wifi and no internet connection. I had work to do online and couldn’t because of this. Also should be wifi password in any room and password should be same everywhere in the hotel. Not different passwords and we had to ask receptionist to give me the password. They inputted it for me without me knowing what is the password. Its not a secret..

The cleanliness is not the strong point of this hotel. The shower tub was broken and every time than we use them,all the dirty water ,floods the bathroom. They didn't change the towels 5 days, They never used the vacuum cleaner ,only the broom and that only passing. The breakfast is the same every day.The only difference is that one day you have boiled egs,one day you have omellete.

The hotel is near to the beach. Parking is for free.

We were disappointed with our stay. Upon check-in, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Throughout our 4-night stay, the room was never cleaned despite requests to reception. One receptionist in particular was extremely rude—constantly interrupting, correcting us, and deliberately refusing to communicate in English when addressed in English. The condition of the room was unsafe and uncomfortable: furniture had exposed nails, posing a risk for our toddler, while the bed was of very poor quality and only one flat pillow per person was provided. The hotel’s Booking page is misleading in its presentation of the beach. Instead of the advertised setup with lined chairs and umbrellas, only cheap, unstable umbrellas and chairs were available that you need to set them up yourself—at an additional charge. In fact, the cost was nearly the same as nearby beaches that actually provide high-quality service (Stable umbrellas facing the wind and proper more comfortable chairs). Finally, the baby cot was in such poor condition that we felt uneasy every time our toddler slept in it.

No parking available, room nothing like the pictures, shower drain clogged, cheap shampoo in plastic bags, no conditioner, one key for the room that if lost they couldn’t open the room for a while, no help with luggage / moving in.

The sunbeds at the pool are insufficient at certain times, a few more would be needed.

A beautiful location located on the beach, clean and spacious rooms with balconies overlooking the sea and daily maintenance service. The pool is cleaned and maintained daily and the private parking is free. The hotel restaurant is located on the beach with a varied menu with tasty food and the breakfast is quite substantial. I recommend the sea view rooms located in the building next to the beach.

Although we went towards the end of the season as things were running down, I was very disappointed with the level of service we received. The double bed was two singles together – fair enough. But there were only 2 single sheets (which didn’t quite fit) and two sheets. We did find some light duvets but these had no covers. It was 3 days before we caught up with ANY member of staff and managed to get a double sheet and covers for the single duvets. We basically slept 3 nights on dirty mattresses with dirty duvets, not a great combination for a romantic getaway! The view was stunning and the room was ok, but not great. We did try breakfast there on our first morning but pretty much the only thing on offer was omelette…. Plain omelette as there were no mushrooms for the mushroom omelette on the menu! Thank god we didn’t opt for B&B rate that was offered! We did not see any staff other than the cleaning staff the whole week. In fairness to the hotel, had we stayed during the peak of the season it might have been different. But being charged £375 for 7 nights, when the place was virtually shut down is very poor in my opinion. Had they offered at a reduced rate to compensate for the lack of facilities or service, it might have been a little easier to swallow.

The location is ideal and the view is stunning.
