Great location with free car park, breakfast plenty of variety but dont expect bacon and egg UK style. Staff very helpful and relaxed rooms a good size and clean, spa facilities great.

The TV in the room could not connect to the antenna/wifi... but we never made it an issue (it was better for the kids not to watch TV so much, haha)

Staff - very friendly and helpful. My daughter had her b-day on the day of our arrival. I had asked the reception to make anice surprise for her (14). They put some 10-15 balloons all around the floor and the beds, and we got a 2-litre bottle of Coca-cola with a nice ribbon (haha), and a post card with the sweetest wish: to travel around the world! The kid was impressed, and touched! The pool area is not huge but it is nice. The food was not very various (the hotel was not full - and it was nice!) but it was super tasty and fresh (the best juicy kiwis, apples and oranges!!!) As if cooked for a big (extended) family. The beds are comfy, even the small fold-out sofa. The bathroom is nice and big. The bathrobes are fluffy and big enough for adults. The lobby is huge, the rose-theme sofa pillows are cute. The reception has books!!! And UNO cards! There is a pool table - games can be played at a small fee.

The location near the center, the view from the terrace, affordable prices at a traditional mehana, delicious and fresh meals, the waitress attitude, size, cleanliness and temperature of the pool. The best and cozy place to stay in Bansko ❤️

Breakfast was ok, but could be improved. The furniture in the room are a little bit dated, and may need to be replaced.

The hotel was very nice and well located - 7 minutes walk to the gondola lift. The room was nice with a lovely balcony facing the mountains. The spa area was beautiful and super relaxing after long day of ski. Big bonus is the private parking!! The staff were super friendly and accommodating, especially Dimitry from the reception. Thank you all!! We will be back :)

The bathroom light is very dark and its hard to see.

The beat part is the sauna and spa part, we spent 2 hours going from room to room and enjoying different type of sauna. The rooms and the hotel is a beautiful traditional mountain style, and the staff are friendly. You can walk everywhere , ski area is an easy 10 minute walk. It’s in a quiet and peaceful area. There is spacious parking and a nice restaurant with traditional food. We also had a balcony facing the mountains and it was beautiful.

I had a great stay at Hotel Tane in Bansko. I had to adjust my reservation due to personal reasons, and the staff offered several helpful options. A big thank you to the receptionist who even helped clean the snow off my car – such a kind gesture! The room was spacious, warm, and very comfortable. The kids loved the spa and swimming pool. The location is perfect, just a 6-7 minute walk to the gondola. I’d definitely stay here again!

Hard beds, lumpy pillows

No major complaints- the only small remark is beds were not extremely comfortable, and pillows were either too high or too flat. And if you don't eat pork, you'd struggle if you opt for half-board, i.e. dinner at the hotel.

The hotel was old/rustique style but spotless clean and nicely organized. It offers a swimming pool, jacuzzi and a number of steaming rooms. It also has a small gym and games room. We opted for half board and breakfasts were amazing and dinners as well (although if you don't eat pork or eat halal food, you will definitely struggle at the dinner time). The hotel staff were nice and even suggested rental places for skiing equipment with a discount - which is always a nice saver for families on vacation. There's also a big public parking right next to the hotel and it is convenient if you drove to Bansko.

The hotel is in a nice location, the staff is friendly, the rooms are warm, clean and simply decorated. We very much enjoyed the spa area with the saunas, indoor pool and jacuzzi. It was our favorite activity. The price we paid for half board included the spa and it was 1000% worth it and also very cheap! The food was also okay. We are not picky eaters. The atmosphere was very warm and nice in the hotel.You felt like you were in a family home.Mr Ivan and Mitko helped us regarding some issues with our reservation and we are very grateful for that! There were jacuzzi's outside but they didn't work and also hot beds didn't work too (relax zone).

The staff was very polite. The room was clean and comfy. The SPA center is clean and the water is hot. The food was delicious. We will definitely return. There are several supermarkets nearby, as well as street food if you want something different. We tried everything in the SPA which was working - sauna, steam bath, ice massage, salty room, one big pool, one small one with massage, jacuzzi and hot shower. There were some facilities which didn't work.The mehana (restaurant) was great.

The TV didn't work in the second room but this wasn't a big problem.

I really liked the swimming pool and spa facilities. The restaurant was also very good. We had 2 different rooms [as we stayed an additional night] and both were clean and comfortable.
