The spa - almost no people, is very calm and relaxing. The outside garden with the pool. The breakfast and the food in the restaurant - they do not offer too many things but dishes were delicious. The view of the hills and the surroundings.

We had to pay for parking which seemed a bit silly as it was empty. Food quite pricey compared to other places we went.

Ideal for driving south to Greece from Sofia, and for Rila. Spa was amazing and we were the only people there. Very quiet probably due time of the year.

We had a really lovely stay at this spa hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was clean and peaceful. The spa and the outdoor pools were amazing and perfect place to relax and unwind. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast was also very tasty, with good options to choose from. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway!

Very small inside pool, no steam bath. Some of the food from breakfast wasn't really fresh.

Good for a short stay. The staff was very polite, the apartment was wide and clean, no balcony. Fast wifi, nice bathroom, comfortable bed.

The loud live music in the restaurant, mainly Balkan folk. We could hardly hear each other. Most of the other people enjoyed it but it is not our thing. The quality of some small stuff - bed sheets, toilet paper - could be better. Still, our overall experience was excellent.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The spa area was small but very well organised - 3 saunas, steam bath, infrared cabin, indoor pool, outdoor pools (one of them adapted for the cold weather with a temporary roof), jacuzzi with hot mineral water. The food in the restaurant and especially the desserts.

The double bed is actually made of 2 normal size twin bed mattresses put together to form a king size with a gap in the middle, that needs to be adjusted all the time so it doesn't get bigger and you fall in it. There is no option for a single big mattress (bed).

The SPA and especially the outside pools were awesome! The restaurant had both a great breakfast and dinner.

During a day, I was occupied with my job, outside of hotel. When I came in hotel at the evening - Spa where closed (open till 20:00) and I was not possible to use it. Very pity, as I choose hotel especially for Spa service. It should be open at least till 10:00pm.

Well, from the moment when we arrived,the person from the reception was confused and she wasn't able to see my booking,even it was paid with 3 weeks before our arrival After we came with the luggage from the car she told me, ok, everything is good.The next and the weird thing was when we were preparing the check out,the lady's from the reception forced me to pay the entire amount.Afer I show the confirmation email,they were surprised and they stopped the payment aggression.So,be careful when you arrange a booking in this location, because it can happen to pay twice.Thank you for your understanding

The room was not very clean (carpets and dusty generally). I hope that this is an individual thing. The food was okish (It needs improvement, but I can say that they tried) 4.5/10 sorry. The plug in our case was above the head and not next to the bedside table.

The pool Parking within the premises Breakfast was standard and ok I have not tried spa and all other services, but I feel that these should be good and worthy. Beds were fine but pillows were not (but that's objective) Although the fridge was small, at least you provided that.

The room was not wide enough, I booked a room with a single king bed, I was placed in a room with two paired twin beds, shaky mattresses, tight sheets, noisy refrigerator, noisy ventilation, problems charging an electric car
