To use wifi you had to log in each time. No wifi around the pool or the restaurant

Excellent reception staff. Breakfast acceptable, coffee maker, fruit and croissants. Location a bit out of town but only 10 min by bus. Multiple buses going to town.

The toilet needs better ventilation. There was a leakage from the toilet tank, which was making a constant puddle in the bathroom.

The room was not as the room on the photos, according to the room we got, I would say the hotel is three stars, not more.

Facilities like massage were not available. The noise level from other guests was sometimes excessive.

Food, staff, location, all were excellent. The underground parking was my main reason for booking and I would certainly book again and recommend it to others.

Aircon didn't work as well as I would have liked. Difficult to get room temperature to a comfortable level.

The hotel is comfortable and well located especially for events at the Asics stadium. Room was a good size. Cost was very reasonable for the location. Also only a short taxi ride from the airport.

Its not the hotel's fault, but I don't like windows in the shower that are overlooked! Why??! The heating system gives you a thermostat and a fan control, but didn't seem to change the temperature in the room much, if at all. However even though it was winter, it was not cold.

This is actually like a "real" hotel - with a coffee maker, restaurant/bar, and friendly front desk staff. The cost is a little higher than some others, but probably worth it as there is free parking and breakfast included. Access to the city or the airport is very convenient. Breakfast was good - there is a variety of food on offer, juice and coffee/tea. The Sky bar is a nice place to go and grab a coffee, and the sandwiches on offer are good, and not too expensive. This former Best Western hotel has obviously changed ownership, but retains all the services. It is beginning to look a little worn, but that doesn't affect the quality of your stay. The room was clean and comfortable. I had a single room, but the bed was larger than the usual BG single (which is about 30 inches wide!) - more like a double. Will probably stay again next time.

There was an unpleasant smell of damp and mould coming from the bathroom. It could be a drainage issue throughout the hotel as it could be detected in the hallway. One side of the bed could have done with a new mattress. It was sunken and uncomfortable. Expected better from a 4 star hotel.

Very convenient location. Breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful and professional. The underground parking was extremely convenient. It was nice and clean. Very warm considering the witer temperatures outside. It was great for our short, 1 night stay.

Instead of forbidding smoking they use air refreshers. Smells horrible. Almost impossible to stay in the room. It took 24 hours with open window to get rid of the smell.

The parking, an underground one, is not quite appropriate especially for large vehicles. The space is very narrow. In top on this, sometimes was difficult o find an empty slot. The HVAC was not that good. Even outside was minus a few degrees Celsius, inside was not more then 20 degrees. The breakfast is limited and always the fried eggs were over fried.

It was a reasonable accommodation.
