Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

RomaniaThe water slides are poorly maintained and the small number of mandatory rings with handles for the large slide is a problem . Our girl had a few days where she had to wait up to 20 minutes before she managed to persuade another child to give her a ring.
We loved the entertainers and all the activites from location. Especially evening shows and discos. We were here for the second time and the experience was almoust as pleasent as the first time. The food is varied every day, you have plenty to choose from without any problems. Impeccable cleanliness We will come back for sure !

Israel1. Staff attitude and professionalism – Unfortunately, this was the worst part of the experience. Most staff, especially bartenders, were rude and unprofessional. Many didn’t know how to prepare even a basic cappuccino or cocktail, and they often spoke to guests disrespectfully. The only consistently polite and hardworking people were the Asian workers, who always did their jobs well with a smile. 2. Food quality – Very disappointing for a resort that positions itself as 4–5 stars. At least half of the food was poorly cooked, too oily, and simply not tasty. While a few dishes were fine, overall it was far below restaurant quality and not up to expectations. 3. Hidden extra charges – Despite being “all-inclusive,” there were many paid extras: the old safe in the room (a basic mailbox-style key lock!) cost €10 per day, which is absurd !!! On top of that, inflatable beach rides for kids, mini golf, game area with PlayStations were charged separately. This left a bad impression of cheap money-grabbing.
1. The size and greenery of the resort are truly impressive — a huge area full of trees, flowers, and well-kept nature. 2. Many pools and water attractions are suitable for kids of all ages. 3. The evening shows were amazing — professional and entertaining.

Everything was perfect! It’s a fantastic place for a family vacation. The kids had a great time at the pools and aqua-park, and the entertainment activities were truly top-class, especially the evening shows. The food was varied and delicious, prepared with high-quality products. The quality of cheeses, fresh fruits, and vegetables was top. The ice cream was excellent too! The common areas were spotless and beautifully maintained, with colorful flowers and perfectly trimmed green lawns.

BulgariaThe rooms/villas in Holiday village need renovation, but we always stay in villas, because of the huge terraces and their location amongst the shadows of plenty of trees. I also have some remarks regarding the cleanliness of the dishes and tables in the restaurant.
A great variety and abundance of food and drinks, plenty of sunbeds at the pools and the beach, lots of greenery and beautiful, well-maintained gardens, a water park and entertainment for children, and an amazing evening show program. I highly recommend it for a family vacation - adults can relax without a worrying about anything and children will never get bored. I visit the resort for the 4th year in a row.

BulgariaUnlike in previous years, there were many mosquitoes in the evenings this year.
The whole complex is very well-maintained and clean, with flowers and lush green grass throughout. The pools and slopes are nice and spotless. The entertainment team is fantastic — true professionals who deliver an outstanding program and excellent evening shows..

BulgariaWe were there 9 years ago and what we saw now was surprising - there were very few changes, there was less variety of meals, less bars, less staff. We were in village not Belleville this time and I am sorry but the toilet seat was moving amd obviously it was a quick fix. My partner had to fix the absorber as we could not sleep because of the noise and the mold and heat in the bathroom were minus. Half of the plates and utensils had to be cleaned before using them in the reataurant which wasnt the case in the past
As always having all in one location is perfect. You have parking, aquapark, beach chairs and umbrella (without fees), bars and a lot of places to eat and gave fun. The entertainers were amazing as we remembered it. The terrace in village was amazing. The gardens were as always amazing and beautiful

BulgariaAll the meet was well overcooked and dry. The beach restaurant toilet was disgusting.. Too less staff to take care of the tables cleanliness . Definitely the management is loosing their sights of good management and what they want - high houl or all inclusers with cheap alcohol and food. We are not considerin to come back.
There was a planty of food choices but the quality was down . The entertainment program was good but some shows wasn't suitable for children as it was a men dressed as women and our son start asking questions. In general we stayed satisfied.

RomaniaI would have liked for the good food that usually disappears first, to have more. Unfortunately there were several times when I asked to replace the empty plates and there were nothing to replace it with. Funny enough the food that was not on so big demand, there were always extra.
Very nice location and very nice cottage, we stayed in. Very good entertainment!

RomaniaThe cleanliness of the dishes is questionable, apparently the dishwasher is not handling that amount of dirty plates and cutlery. Rooms and furniture looking a bit tired, need some refreshment.
Very good location. Huge territory. Excellent big beach, lots of sunbeds, very good entrance to the sea, especially for small kids. Food was very good, I can strongly recommend for the families with small kids which are not used to spicy and flavored cuisine. Lots of swimming pools, as well great for kids. Buildings with rooms are spread in the territory and it doesn't feel crowded at all.

RomaniaThe food did not vary that much and there were no options for lunch for babies ( last year at the 5* hotel we saw baby food jars, but at the Village restaurant we could not find them... Disappointed 😔).
We enjoyed the pools and the aqua park, we liked the beach and some of the extra activities ( mini golf, archery). The villa we stayed at was also very nice with a good position. It was clean and spacious. We had a small child with us and the blender on the baby corner helped during breakfast and sometimes lunch, but the options were limited.

RomaniaIn the first part of the stay, the room was not very clean; one of the bed sheets had a stain and was only changed after about three days. The towels were of better quality (including a cleaner appearance) from the middle of the stay onwards. The pillows in the room are of poor quality, high and firm. Smoking is prevalent everywhere; it is allowed on the beach and in the restaurants, even though it shouldn't be, and there are many children inhaling the smoke. One of the restaurants has an old smell in some areas, and it probably needs renovation. Upon departure, we waited about three-quarters of an hour for the cart to come and take the luggage from the villa to the car park (the distances between the parking areas and villas are quite large if you have to transport luggage), so we gave up and carried them ourselves, one by one. This should not happen in a 4* hotel.
The resort is very large, located both on the seashore and on the nearby hill. The nature is superb and well-maintained, with well-kept green spaces and many flowers. Between the villas, you can see squirrels and hedgehogs, and the pathways connecting the facilities are very beautiful, making it a pleasure to walk around. The 3-4 restaurants have a rich menu and are spread throughout the resort. The pools are beautiful and well-maintained. The entertainers are talented, attractive young people who put on shows in the evening or animate the parties in the disco area. The beach has plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas for everyone, and there are four volleyball courts located on the beach.

BulgariaThere was an issue with the A/C in our room. Despite our many requests, it wasn't solved during our stay. It looks like the A/C hasn't been cleaned for a longer time,it wasn't providing cold air at all and emitting a bad smell. It was not nice at all, especially when it was 30 degrees plus higher humidity.
It's a great resort for families with children, especially small ones. Entertainment was great, the food was fine, the staff was helpful. The only drawback was the A/C maintenance. It should be improved significantly.

RomaniaThis is definitely not a 4 star hotel, maybe 3 at best and I’m being generous. Cleanliness in the rooms subpar, everything old and poorly maintained, smell in the bathroom. The cleanliness in the restaurants also left a lot to be desired, from tables to the food areas to the live cooking areas, utensils and everything. Again, everything poorly maintained. The common areas toilets also not regularly cleaned and poorly maintained. The beach was dirty, not regularly cleaned and maintained, lots of trash around in the sand.
The nature was nice, the pine forest and green areas. The pools were clean and ok also. The evening shows the Duni entertaiment team put together were a nice effort that needs some recognition.

BulgariaIt was hard to convince the woman that was cleaning the room that we didn't want to change our towels every day, which for some people might be actually fine, but for me is unnecessary waste of water and energy.
Incredible nature, cosiness, cleanliness, delicious food and great variety all day long, great aquapark, beautiful gardens and flowers, fantastic animation and shows and evening parties. The beach is big, the water is very ckean and there are sufficient sunbeds for everyone. The house where we stayed was quiet and separated and you feel great privacy. There are different and very interesting evening shows each evening except Sunday. We loved this vacation and we will visit next year for sure.
