Accomodation is awful. Furniture is old and deteriorated, doors inside don`t close, sheets are clean, but the rooms are quite dirty and full of spiderwebs. Depending on the rooms you get, you will find different things not working. The bungalows look great from the outside, but inside its really bad, especially considering how expensive they are. I recommend only to spend the day on the beach, but not staying overnight. The restaurant serves plain and expensive food.

It is sad to see how this beautiful place with so much potential is left in incompetent hands. It’s obvious that there has been no or very little investment. The place is run down and in desperate need for renovation. We stayed in a ‘luxury’ room and it was shocking - the bathroom was not cleaned after the previous guests and the furniture was neglected. Breakfast was a joke, not enough food an hour before the end time and not much choice anyway, also of mediocre quality. Staff needs additional customer service training. Please get an experience manager to sort this place out.

Amazing location and nature. Birds singing, quiet, mineral water pool, beautiful views. Beach with free umbrellas and clean water with fish swimming in it. It would have been paradise on earth if it wasn’t for the management.

Amenities were subpar to say the least. Friendly and helpful staff for the most part, but marred by the super basic room. I don't mind the state, but gotten way better for the money anywhere else.

Dirt on the terrace and in the bathroom, furniture with peeling veneer, no light bulb in the bathroom, rusty door at the entrance that got stuck, a mini fridge that woke you up at night when it started, stained sheets, yellowed towels, no internet and very weak signal and voice/data BG. Compulsory breakfast at a single restaurant on site of very poor quality. Dirty water with algae and jellyfish. The total price is not worth the quality they claim (luxury villa) I do not recommend

Very run down answer incredibly expensive! The TV wasn’t working ( they have sent us 2-3 people to repair it but still did not work); no Wi-fi; not even mobile network available! The bungalow needs a lot of repairs: the shower holders were broken; the toilet did not lock; no light in one of the rooms; the free food included ( breakfast) was very basic considering the price we have paid 675 lv for 2 nights! The staff was overworked and underpaid. The food in the restaurant not too bad but 90% of the daily menu was not available! The portions were way too small for its price ( was left hungry the 1st night) and way too oily )had stomach problems the 2nd night ). Overall bad experience and way overpriced! Would not recommend!

The bungalows that are in use are ok, but they need more improvements. The location has much to offer, it is sad to see that much part of it was abandoned and it would be nice if the other buildings could be restored in time. There should be more diversity at breakfast, like fruits and vegetables.

Very good location, very friendly staff (most of them don't speak English, but we managed to understand each other). There are a only a few renovated bungalows with nice view, big rooms. There are also some pools with thermal waters. We went at the end of the season and we liked that it was quiet and we could relax. We had a good dinner at the restaurant and bought nice stuff from the local shop. The breakfast was ok (we had to chose one of 4 dishes).

A lot of things.. I'll only share one part. Zero maintenance of the complex. It's a beautiful place, but it's collapsing. Partly the staff did not work well. I won't be back next year.

I STRONGLY discourage anyone to rent a guest house in this place until major changes take place! Russalka was once an incredible work of art, made by French architects and with the idea to stay at a beautiful resort, sit back and enjoy the sea. However, the current owners of this place have managed to ruin ABSOLUTELY everything, from the houses to the many venues that once used to operate. Everything is gone, the old restaurant, the tennis courts, the gym, the medical building, the old big pool and jacuzzi, retro photos, squash, archery, overall maintenance and many many other things that were once available to tourists and now they've vanished. The price for value is simply DISGUSTING. The houses are collapsing, there are holes in the walls, falling construction pieces and don't get me started on the cleanliness. These houses were last cleaned years ago and you get to live with the nature and dirt inside for the ridiculous price of 150 EUR/night. We were offered cleaning once during the 4 night stay and it actually made the matter worse since the cleaning ladies just splashed dirty water in the entire apartment. They don't even bother changing the water after cleaning 5-6 houses in a roll. There is no all inclusive and the breakfast you get for 150 EUR is two pieces of cheap bread with a couple of cheap ingredients on it every morning. You pay for every other meal at the resort and its more expensive than the places near by. The staff is comprised mainly of kids who don't know what they are doing and are doing a terrible job at servicing people - forgetting orders, messing up orders etc. Honestly, i kind of feel bad for them, because it doesn't seem to be their fault. The people running this place are shameless and are essentially robbing people of their money by providing them non-existent service.

The only thing worth visiting is the beach and marvel at the surrounding nature which is incredibly beautiful.
