I had booked a double room. Everything was prepared for a single occupation, but a bit over the top - having one set of towels and just one pillow. Although I was a single visitor, not putting at least 2 pillows seemed weird. However, there were 2 single duvets, which seemed weird, too. Also, there was no soap in the bathroom, just a couple of small bottles of shampoo. If the management reads this, please note that in a set of towels, there are 3 pieces - small, medium, and large. The medium was missing. I guess if I had asked for any of that, I would get it, but being an experienced traveller, I had brought my own pillow and bath accessories, so all was good.

The service, the wait, loud music from the tavern downstairs, having a private party not caring for the guests.

- still (not first time there), the corridor automatic lights do not cover the hole area and get on when you`re almost at the stairs - you need to ask for the air-conditioner remote and wifi password..

The pillow I had was lumpy and the room my friends had smelt but after the air on had been on all day this disappeared so either it was the air con blowing out a smell for a bit or the room hadn’t been aired we are not sure we did ask for them to be moved but they didn’t have a spare room but luckily the smell went. I was disappointed with breakfast as there was no choice was given a bottle of water no hot drink and then what was like a salad to eat tomato cucumber cheese ham. and a egg very disappointing especially as we wasn’t offered even a glass of orange juice let alone a hot drink Oh and the smallest tv up in the ceiling u have ever seen

We've found food in the fridge from previous guests, we've found tooth brush, bottle of something (opened) and other stuff in the room. Open and used soap in the bath. The breakfast is not that exciting, looking for the staff all the time

When I arrived, there was nobody at the reception. Looked around, knocked at a door, nothing. A bulgarian couple arrived and they called a number, finally someone came. He did not speek english very much, but enough to say that the check-in is at 2pm in a very unpleasant way. I am sure the hotel was not full at all as it is the end of the peak season. The room is very not nice at all, I do not know how to describe it, or say what was wrong with it, but is was definitely not the best experience in Bulgaria. The bed not comfortable at all. Won't recommend.

The hotel is really close to the train station, within walking distance, which was very convenient for me as I arrived to Tryavna by train and left it by train as well. The touristic points of interest are close (10-15mn walking distance). I had a problem with my AC and the man at the reception was very responsive and helpfull, came with me to the room to fix the issue. He also helped with my luggage as there is no lift, only stairs.

No elevator! Had to carry suitcases up 3 floors. No table or chairs on the balcony. Small bathroom. Very old communist hotel. Noisy at night as it is close to train station and main street. Breakfast is very average. They charged us for the coffee the second morning although it should be included in the breakfast we had with the room. Not that it was expensive, but just a little annoying and confusing. Hallways are very dark. Should be cheaper I think to compensate for all this.

The room was spacious, but we did get a room for 3 people cuz all the double rooms were booked. So I don’t know how the double rooms are. Beds were comfy.

We stayed in a big studio which was very clean. The location is close to city center. We arrived late in the evening after the carnival in Gabrovo and there was a person from the staff who was waiting for us.

The first thing you see when you enter the place is printout signs posted in various locations telling you "Payments made through Booking.com cannot be refunded." You will soon understand why. They have already charged your card... in US dollars! They use an intermediary registered in England to handle the payments. There is nothing you can do. If you demand, like I did, to be given an option to pay in Argentinian currency, they will want the black market rate, which is very unusual. No other reputable hotel/accommodation on Booking wanted that. You can easily get a similar room, even in El Chalten, for half the price.

Despite the fact that on description they say they offer breakfast, on site there is no option to have breakfast...in fact stuff told us that they closed the restaurant so there is no way you can have breakfast at the hotel. Please update the photos in hotel page as is no longer accurate. On the ground floor the is a coffee shop so...no restaurant. One other downside is that the hotel is very near to train railway so it can be noisy in the night if train passes by. The amenities in bathroom were rather poor.
