Kids pool was too deep for the baby. Dishes sometimes not perfectly clean.

We stayed with one year old, so we appreciated having baby meals and a playground. Highchairs for the baby were cleaned and wrapped every time, Room was very clean with carpet flooring that made it pretty cosy and comfortable. Quite good pool bar with diversity of drinks. Helpful staff

The hotel appears outdated. The furniture in the restaurant and the bar hasn't changed in a long time; this is my fourth consecutive year vacationing here, and everything looks the same. Some updates are needed, perhaps with a new design and modern amenities.

I thoroughly enjoyed the diverse selection of food. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner were fabulous, and I had the best-cooked veal and beef I've ever tasted at a restaurant. Kudos to the chef! The outdoor pools were great, though the indoor pool could use better ventilation as it was difficult to breathe. The receptionist was exceptionally kind and upgraded us to a junior room, which is very spacious. We didn't request this, but she offered it as a birthday gift.

Very satisfied, good food, location, friendly staff, amenities, fitness, kids room, beach across the street, relaxing environment, except the evening show-disco with a loud "Oh-la-la" dj between 9-11pm, but that's my problem, most will enjoy it

The very limited parking places available is a negative point for this hotel. Also, the main restaurant is very crowded, with tables so close to eachother and with not enough islands of food and drinks. Stresfull experience to eat due to the the size of the room.

I liked the customer centricity of the hotel staff - really trying to create a superior travel experience. Furthermore the room was very spacious.

Cleaning was not so good Staff dont speak english We wanted to book japanese restaurant and a girl from reservation said that its fool but there were 3 couples So she lies!!

The fact that we had no idea that the Aquapark is 1 km away from the hotel, at another hotel. Beachfront is not quite beachfront, because you have to exit the hotel property and cross a street to get to the beach. It was very very loud because of the programmes on the stage, till 23:00 and the AC didn’t work properly in our room.

The main reason why we didn't like it and also the reason because we left 2 days earlier that the end of the stay. From 9 o'clock in the evening until 1 o'clock at night it was a lot of noise in the apartment. The noise came from the performance stage of the hotel and also from a club located on the beach. The noise was so loud that we couldn't sleep, and my son of 1-year-old was waking up every hour. The food was varied but the same every day, just 2 or 3 changes Most of the guests were over 50 years old

Upon arrival we got no info about the all inclusive package and nobody told us that we needed to book the speciality restaurants (they are included in the all inclusive). When I found out the next day, I was told its too late to reserve as the booking is only possible from 10 to 18hrs. Next day we tried to book and were initially told there are no spaces left for the remainder of our stay. After some back and forth the lady managed to get us a seating in the Italian and the Asian restaurant. In both were seats left when we ate there so it felt there is reluctance to offer this to the guests. Drinks (apart from the ones served in the speciality restaurants ) tend to have a strange taste at times (even the kids avoided the 7up after a first try). It could be noisy during the summer months (we could hear the music in the night in our room).

Clean and spacious rooms. Close to the sea. Staff in the speciality restaurants is very friendly and attentive. Also the food in the Italian and Asian restaurant is great. Generally the food is good, also at the buffet. Minibar in the room is filled daily and included in the all in package. Cleaning staff does a great job

Dirty plates, food not cooked enough, cheapest fruits/vegetables they could find, old cookies (macarons hard as a rock), awful drinks and as for the parking, they charge you more than specified here by previous tourists, and they don't return all the change. When I complained at the front desk, they said they have no control.
