RussiaThe following negative moments: 1) No hot water during some evenings (not sure why that happended. Probably because of old engineering system in the hotel and using SPA facility in parallel) 2) No shower curtain, so when you take a shower all bathroom floor is moist (in the water) and it is difficult to use (danger to slip and fall down)

The facilities were clean and the food was better than some of the expensive restaurants we visited in the area. There were really nice spaces for gathering with friends - the garden and the balconies, and overall we really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely come back!

RomaniaThe room itself, although big enough for 2 adults and a child, seems to have old furniture, especially the beds seem old and the matresses were a bit worn out. There is no real view because there are a lot of buildings around the property. Also the "pool", both of them... are realy realy small, more like a bath tub than a pool, we couldn't use them.

SerbiaWe stayed at Hotel Grami for five days with my wife and granddaughter, and everything was absolutely exceptional. A heartfelt thank you to the owners for their warm hospitality and care – you can truly feel that this hotel is run with love. We booked the all-inclusive package and were very satisfied – the food was varied, delicious, and fresh, and the restaurant staff was always kind and attentive. We especially enjoyed the outdoor pool, which was perfect for cooling off and relaxing on warm days. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the entire hotel was very well maintained. The location is excellent – peaceful, yet close to the center of Bansko. Free parking is available, which was a great convenience. We highly recommend Hotel Grami to anyone looking for quality accommodation, a pleasant atmosphere, and outstanding service. We would gladly return!

United KingdomWe had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. Opting for a half-board plan gave us flexibility during the day, and the food at both breakfast and dinner was excellent. Though the outdoor spa and pool area was compact, it was beautifully maintained, with perfectly warm water—ideal for unwinding after mountain hikes. The wellness facilities included a sauna, salt and infrared rooms, and various massage options, which we made great use of during our stay. Our room was comfortable and met all our needs, and we especially appreciated the communal lounge on each floor, offering views of the surrounding mountains. Evenings were spent watching movies on our laptop, winding down with a bit of family time. Having on-site and nearby street parking was a definite bonus for travelers arriving by car. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the town center, a pleasant stroll, and we found a few local shops and restaurants nearby. A bakery next door was unfortunately closed for the holidays—we would’ve loved to sample the local breads and sweets! One small thing to note: like many accommodations in Bulgaria, the hotel doesn’t have a lift. We had to carry our luggage up to the room—no big deal, though we were a bit loaded after two weeks of travel! Still, this was minor compared to all the positives. We thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet of both the hotel and the Bansko area. It may have been the off-season, but for us, it was perfect. We explored nearby trails, including the Banderishki Lakes—an easy 3–4 hour hike with about 300m elevation gain—and also hiked to Pocovo Lake, which began with a scenic 30-minute chairlift ride. Both routes offered stunning views and are highly recommended. For the remaining days, we relaxed in a nearby mineral water bath and explored Bansko at a leisurely pace, ending our days with tranquil evenings by the pool. We truly had a superb experience and cherished every moment of our stay.

UkraineI stayed at this hotel for 3 days and was absolutely delighted! The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable — it had everything needed for a pleasant stay. I was especially impressed by the amazing view from the window, which I couldn’t get enough of. The food was excellent — everything was delicious and made with care, you could really tell that quality ingredients were used. The staff were exceptional: friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. And the owner of the hotel deserves special praise — such a kind and responsive person who truly cares about every guest, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again!

This is our second visit, location is perfect with a panorama view of the magnificent Vihren peak and Todorka ski slopes! Sadly it was a rainy week. Breakfast and dinner are delicious and varied. The spa area is small but comfortable and warm. Very convenient location next to the starting ski station.

Its location was great, it was small, quiet and suitable for family. The interior pool was nice, shame we couldn’t use the outside one.

IsraelRoom cleanlines & comfort Rooms were very small but clean. Cleaning and change towels after three days. The pillows not comfortable. Bed linens were washed but was stained. One of our friends’ bathrooms had no threshold for the shower. They had to use towels to prevent water from reaching the rest of the hotel room. Food & dining experience Overall the food was modest and tasty. but the family whose we were forced to order full board did not have a good experience since they received soup for lunch and main dishes that were for dinner the previous day. The selection of alcoholic beverages included in the fuul board package was minimal. Staff&Payments The staff tried to be friendly but there were some unpleasant things: On last day for family with full board, although they had paid for full board, the restaurant staff insisted that they were no longer entitled to lunch. After calling the owner, personal confirmed that they were still eligible for lunch without apologies. For the last night, the family paid the owner directly (not by booking) but never received a receipt. At checkout, the receptionist claimed they had not paid for the one night. After arguing and waiting for 10 minutes, she returned without an apology and simply said, "Yes, you paid. Have a nice trip."
We are three family and we booked half board for two families, and for the third family there was only a room with full board by booking and we booked it because there was no other option. Pool & sauna Sauna and two pools are small, good and clean.
