We stayed at GRADINA HOLIDAY 3rd to 6th September. On arrival we were Welcomed by the hotel in a very friendly manor, by Jake and i believe his wife. We booked in and were shown to room 2, which is near to the front of the hotel, one the 2nd floor. Lovely modern, well appointed very clean room with a view of the pool area and the sea, overlooking the bay that leads to the port town of Sozopol. The pool area is well layed out and has many sunbeds and a coffee or drinks bar area to the front of the hotel. The Gardina Hotel gives a relaxing location for unwinding and enjoying the local facilities. Jake was kind to suggest several different restaurants to eat at in the local villages, the restaurants definitely worth going to, in my opinion. My wife and I will definitely visit again next year but for a longer stay. Verg good value for money. All in All, a very good hotel! Well done to all involved.

Available parking places. Location is fairly close to the beach bars. Room is spacious, nicely done. Bed is big and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and nice. Owner was available all the time and was very friendly person.

It is not the property's fault but there is no sidewalk, so even though the beach is close by, it is not a pleasant walk trying to manoeuvre between parked and passing cars.

Welcoming host and very responsive to even minor issues, good-sized apartment, heated swimming pool, well maintained property - both inside and the grounds. Stocked, self-service bar area at more than reasonable prices. The closest beach is about 5 minutes' walk but need to navigate walking along a busy road and then a dirt road.

The property is located in a great spot. Close to the lovely Gradina beach. It’s quite and chill spot with a lovely pool that work until late. The owner is super kind and helpful, he’ll make sure you have a good time. As for the hotel - it’s properly clean. You can see the staff taking care of it on a daily basis. Will definitely come back!

We had a great stay at Graduna Holiday. Located just steps from the beach, it features spacious rooms and a perfect pool area. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Plus, there’s ample parking available. We highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway!

The place is just a minute away from the seaside with a parking on site. Every apartment has a private access and is well equipped for everything you will need for a great vacation and with a lovely view from the terrace. There is a heated pool which is very clean and perfect for some swimming in the afternoons. The host is really friendly and nice. Will definitely visit again!

We didn’t have any negative experiences or observations from the place we stayed at. In late September much of the surrounding facilities were closed but that is true everywhere on the Black Sea

Our favorite thing about the property was the pool. It was heated, which was perfect for when evenings or days were a little bit chilly as well as being clean. Also from the bedrooms on the second floor, there was a view of the sea, even though it’s not directly on the beach. Even though it’s not directly on the beach, it’s only a five minute walk from the beach, which makes it much more economical compared to some of the surrounding places. It’s a great value for money. The owner speaks English. He lived in the US for a number of years And so it’s a great place if Bulgarian is not your native language.

It’s a cozy, family-owned and operated hotel. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Great location. The property was very close to the beach, supermarkets and only 13 minutes from the center of Sozopol . We rented a two-bedroom maisonette. The rooms were very tidy and clean and perfect fit for our family (3adults + two young children).

We had a very pleasant stay during our holidays at Gradina Holiday. The owners are nice and helpful. The apartments are very spacious and equipped with everything that you need. Our experience with ‘Gradina Holiday’ hotel was more than satisfying. The facility and the pool were very clean, the hotel is situated near the beach, so it didn’t take long to get to beach - only 2-3 minutes walking, the hosts were very kind and ready to assist with whatever asked. Last but not least, the place is suitable for kids. We’ll definitely visit the place again. Highly recommend!

The bathroom was a bit small and it was not very easy to shower a small baby moving around like a worm

The owners were super friendly and helpful, making all the guests coffee every morning. Our room didn't have a heating element for cooking and they gave us one when we asked them. Very kind people. The hotel is super close to the beach and 2 minutes away from the supermarket.
