The never ending queues for food, especially at breakfast and dinner times.

The room was clean, large enough for our family. The reception staff was very nice. The barman at the swimming pool bar was very helpful. His name is Denis.

The breakfast is excellent, but I was bothered by the crowd of guests, both at the tables and at the buffet table. The staff could have prevented this with a few rules. It is impossible to swim in the sea because the hotel does not have its own beach, and there is no public beach accessible to everyone because it all belongs to the hotels, which are in the first row.

The location is about 200 meters from the sea and the main street, which is great because you can reach the beach or street quickly via the stairs of the neighboring hotel.

It was extrey crowded and you had to make the line to get your food, also it was quite expensive .

some improvements should be made to the furniture in the room, smart TVs, and air conditioner to the restaurant.

Very friendly staff,varied food, close to the beach, but the biggest plus is the animation team, friendly, nice, cheerful, smiling, we would love to come back for them.(Svetlio, Emi, Eli, Alex are the best!)

The restaurant is often so crowded that you cannot find a table.

The location is perfect, next to the beach and the city center. The food is diverse and very tasty and a lot of good drinks are included.

The food can be better and have more options. The fact that once you were done eating, and you could not take fruuts outside the restaurant was....strange and I cannot understand it. Overall is a good hotel but it can be improved.

Thepool was ok, the food was ok as well and the location overall ok. The fact that they kindly provided an apartment with sea view was nice.

The ANIMATORS ruined the stay. I understand that music has to be played by the pool, but the volume was like at the Woodstock festival. Nonstop...bang bang bang... And we came there to relax, not for a DJ-TECHNO concert. They banged so loudly that glasses fell off the sideboard. Dear hotel management, we are going there to relax, not for a big heavy metal or techno concert. Have mercy, please...

The apartment and common areas need improvement and better cleaning. AC did not work properly in the living room and made a lot of noise.

Good value for money. We had an All Inclusive package and we were overall satisfied with the food, quite varied and sufficient. Apartment was spacious and it had a nice balcony overlooking the pool with some sea views.

The matresses for the second bedroom were really damaged, very very difficult to sleep on. Same issue with the pillows. A deeper cleaning process around the bed would be useful. We paid 3 days for parking although we stayed less than 48h. We did not receive any receipt. The visitors were reserving more than 2 sunbeds per romm without enjoying them and leaving others out. No checks from hotel staff.

The sofas in the rooms and in the hallway must be replaced! Very uncomfortable! Paid parking.Cleaning is not done well. The lady with glasses at the restaurant is mean.Pool water not heated.

Biggest problem is with cleaning, dirty rooms, towels not always replaced. Much sand from day first in the room, no dust cleaning.

We did not like the front staff, they asked for money for early check in, the parking staff charged us a bit more than the price was agreed to. One of the other guests had his purse stolen by some hotel staff and the hotel was not so responsive to solve the problem. They not only did not solve the problem until the police came in but they did not fire the thief employee, he still works there.

We liked the food, pool bar and snack bar, good pizza and ice cream. The pool was clean and nice. Most of the staff was nice.

The kitchenette was missing some basic utensils.

The hotel is close to the beach and has a nice pool. The apartment we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a big balcony.

The parking was so far from the hotel and quite expensive for only 3 nights.(100 lev) That was really awful, if i'm honest. Might not come again because of that

Power outlets on both sides of the bed were not present. (small hindrance) Room cleaning should be a bit more attentive with vacuuming. The parking was a bit expensive(25 BGN/day) but at least we got a space

We had an all inclusive type stay, the wood was great at all meals, We did not test the pool out but it was pretty full~ most of the day when we came back from the beach, The room was cozy enough, the staff was very friendly.

A plastic chandelier the size of a troller was hanging one meter from the ceiling, right in the middle of the room. Parking with few places, I had to leave the car at a parking lot located 3 minutes' walk from the hotel. Parking cost 25 BGN/24 hours and is paid per day, not per night. That is, if you stay for 2 nights, you pay 75 leva. Access to the pool is from 08:30 to 18:00, but in the morning no one rushes in, and at 18:00, when many would stay in the water for another hour, the lifeguard would blow the whistle to get everyone out. The normal interval should be 09.00-19.00. The WIFI wasn't weak, it was incredibly weak. I didn't manage to read anything on the internet, not to mention any vlog on youtube, with wifi. Good luck with the mobile data. Fixed next to the door of the restaurant was a huge poster on which was written how many kg of food were thrown away the previous day and how many people could have been fed with this amount. More useful was a banner placed in a visible place that simply said "Put only as much as you eat on your plate, no more!"

The hotel is located near the center of the resort. There are three beds in the studio room, a large refrigerator and the bathroom has a bathtub. The pool is very large, I would say 25mx15m, the maximum depth is 1.75m in one corner and it is supervised by the watchful eye of an old lifeguard. Two playgrounds for children. A stage from which quality music and karaoke performances could be heard. Animators for the good mood of customers. There is the possibility to sit in the shade under big trees, on a deckchair, away from the noise of the pool, to read on the phone or from a book, in silence. Special room with quality treadmills, multifunctional fitness equipment and ping-pong table. In 4 minutes of walking you reach the waves line of the beach.
