It was a great stay, even if we stayed only one night. We enjoyed it very much and we were thinking even to plan a new visit of one week next year during the spring. The hotel is clean, modern, spacious, everything so nice and confortable.

I would only recommend to renovate the steam room at the spa center as it doesn’t operate properly.

The hotel is very comfortable and well maintained. Very conveniently situated close to the old town and all the restaurants and shops. The staff is polite and attentive. The breakfast was very good. There is a big heated outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by amazing gardens and with a great view of the mountains. Overall it was a great value for money but make sure to check on the price list if you’d like to order something from the pool bar as they can be quite steep.

One of the receptionists was a little rude. The AC turns off/resets automatically when you leave the room so it gets warm when you come back. There is parking but it’s 15 lev/day extra.

The highest level of quality. It’s important to visit to understand, a great pool and spa, definitely the breakfast variety reached top standards. Room is surprisingly better, everything seems from the future.

Bathroom - something wrong with floor in the showroom - the water stays on the floor forever. Very noisy from a tube that is most probably the one for air conditioning . No restaurant for lunch is available in the hotel. Massage is not the best.:-(

Paid parking. It was off-season and I was not properly directed by the reception to park elsewhere but the hotels' paid parking. It looked like a selling point for the staff. I was told that if I had not paid the parking, then my car probably would have been taken by the local authorities due to the parking zones in the city center. The room cleaning was also a bit inconsistent. The towels were not changed and I had to request couple of times for new ones.

Excellent breakfast. Modern rustic vibe. New and clean rooms and facilities. Enormous outdoor pool. Perfect location next to the gondola and the pedestrian walkway. With a very tiny almost negligible exception my stay was excellent.

The hotel is at the best location possible. It is HUGE... The breakfast is great !!!! The crew are phenomenal The room is beautiful and super clean. We felt at home immediately. Everything is new !!! Defiantly will come again !!!!!!

Everything was great

We had a wonderful stay. The location is great. The facilities as well. And so is the staff. The pools, sauna and Jim were great. Breakfast was also wonderful. We are a family of fine and both grown ups and kids enjoyed every second of it. We would love to be back !!! So if you are looking for a place to stay at bankso- look no further.
