The location was perfect - a minute walk from everything but also quiet and over the harbour. The room was very comfortable and clean.

We have loved our room, the space, the bed, the magnificent sea views, the terrace, the coffee machine and other kitchenette stuff, the location in the old town, and the owners above all. Also, if you arrive with your car you have your private spot parking, which is really really useful in that area. Everything really nice, I would stay here again and I would really recommend it.

I was veeeery glad with this place – absolutely wonderful! 😍 Located right in the heart of the Old Town, the room has been beautifully renovated to a truly high standard. Everything was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable – I slept like a baby. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge relief during the hot days. What made a big difference was the free parking – a real lifesaver in a city where parking is usually a nightmare. And the cherry on top: the owners! So kind, welcoming, and always smiling. I genuinely loved my stay here and would come back without hesitation. Highly, highly recommended!

As advertised, the room met met the description on Booking.com. The location in old town was great and the room very comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the fishing boats from the balcony. We would stay here again, but its a long way from Vancouver.

The room has a nice view and a balcony. There's a private parking car just downstairs and easy to park. The host was very kind with us and she make sure we have everything we need for our stay. There's a possibility to do a coffe and tea in the room, there's a mini fridge and somme dishes and cutlery. It's a calm place in the historical center, less crowded than the others streets. We would definitely stay here again!

The hosts were extremely helpful and kind. The room is large and looks great. It has a beautiful view over the port. The bed was confortable. Very close to the center.

We had 2 sea-view rooms. Both rooms were very spacious with beautiful view of the sea and the port, with amazing sunsets. Both rooms had balconies you can have coffee or an afternoon drink. The service was great, the owners were very nice and friendly, offering tips on which beach to go to and providing restaurants suggestions. Our rooms were cleaned daily, we got new clean towels and we were asked if we wanted sheets changed after our second night, which is amazing as you don't get this type of service in a big chain hotels. The rooms had good air-conditions which was great as we were in Sozopol during a big heat wave; We had a big bottle of mineral water, coffee and plates, glasses and silverware in the room. Overall we had a very comfortable stay as the house is close to everything.

Very comfortable room, light, airy with superb view of the harbour. Room was very large with good balcony, En-suite bathroom was great with excellent roomy shower. Parking requested and was in a safe, off-road position right below the rooms. For us, the location was perfect for the old town, a couple of minutes walk to the park and start of the cobbled streets. The owners were lovely and it was obvious that nothing was too much trouble. We will certainly be back there again.

Everything was perfect, although it has a little fridge, an ice-making compartment would have kept drinks colder while enjoying on the balcony, but just a very minor niggle.

Fabulous friendly hosts. Even after our last visit 2 years ago, the place is still spotlessly clean. Fantastic views overlooking the harbour, so much to see from fishermen loading up their boats, to people just strolling by.. Free parking Central position

Really insignificant things need to be improved but I consider that it is better to be mentioned. The pillows need to be changed and the doors of the wardrobe need to be greased as they were crеаcking badly.

Great location, great view, kind hosts, private parking spot in front of the place, clean, good value for money, cozy. Definitely would like to visit it again!

Location in the old town overlooking the harbour. It was very peaceful - seemed much quieter than the other side of the peninsula where we stayed two years ago (but that could just be because we were two weeks earlier in the season). The owners are very nice and contacted us to direct us to the free parking space on the quayside. From there it was just a few steps up to the guest house entrance. (Even if these spaces are already taken, there is paid public parking 100 metres away.) Although breakfast is not provided, it is only a five-minute walk to a shop where you can buy supplies. Will definitely try to stay here next time we are in Sozopol.

There was some mix up with booking and we ended up in city facing room, paying for seaview. We understand the place was fully booked, but attitude of Fotini's husband was absolutely wrong. He totally ignored the fact we were paying for the seaview. Of course we were disappointed ending up in a city facing room with a view over hostel terrace. But low score isainly due to poor behaviour of Fotini's husband.

The location is good, room was spacious and comfortable. Fotini saw us looking around and came to meet us and showed parking. Fotini was very friendly and helpful.
