If you have big luggage, it could be ''really interesting'' to carry it up the stairs. But it's not the end of the world's though. Also if there are too many guests, the parking spaces are too few. That can be an issue. It will be better to ask to be sure you'll have a place to put the car on or to be given some informations about alternatives. It would be nice to have a wiping cloth in the kitchen. I never give 10 because, in my opinion, is the ideal situation, wich is not the case, but this place it's a lovely place to stay, if you want a clean, large, quiet apartment, near a beautiful beach.

Very good location. Quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach (10 minutes on foot), but quite far from other points of interest. But this wasn't an issue for us. We simply walked. But there are buses for many destinations. And taxi. The parking spaces are right in front pf the property. Clean, large rooms, quite place, good wi-fi network. Furniture, curtains, cutlery, glasses, plates, etc all new and in very good condition. Enough places to put your stuff. Comfortable couch. Big tv screen. Grocery stores nearby.

Spacious apartment with plenty of appliances and a comfortable bed. There are beaches and beach bars in walking distance , 10 min drive from old Nessebar. Clean and good value overall.

I asked the owner on the phone for a small electric stove just to boil some spagetti and rice, even on balcony or on the upper terrace if not in the apartment but cooking not allowed, no availability. No cleaning service in 6 days, just one toilet paper ar the beginning, no trash bags. One wardrobe: for a family of five not enough.

Clean apartment, simple and very elegant with that blue dominant color. Ikea modern style. Very good for a relaxing vacation. It is just as it looks in the pictures. Many big windows so the apartment is full of light. There is a big terrace above the block of apatmens with nice view to the sea. Close to a beautiful beach. No one bothers you, I have not even seen the owner in 6 days.

First it was the very good contact with the host. Speaking English, promptly answering messages, it was facile to communicate. The apartment is located in a very quiet and safe area, having the parking place under the balcony (the apartment is on 2nd floor). A few small supermarkets (but with all necessary) are in a 2-3 minutes by foot, and a nice coffee shop is about 5 minutes by foot. The distance from the Old city center is about 25 minutes and the the nearest beach it's about 2 minutes by car or 10 minutes by foot. It is a nice, big, sandy beach, with many parking places on the gravel, just next to the beach. The apartment is very clean, has two balconies, and everything you may need in the kitchen (it has a big fridge, microwave and toaster, but no stove).The bathroom has a walk-in cabin. The electric boiler switch is on the wall, just be careful not to switch it off by mistake. We were 2 adults and two kids and we had plenty os space. The bed is very ok and the sofa bed big enough. If I add the very competitive price, this apartment is a very good choice in Nessebar.

We had a very nice stay in Nesebar. The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped and close to the beach. A free parking place is available right in front of the property. The host was kind and willing to help. The apartment was just perfect for us, a group three friends.

I think that a coffee machine and a small hob to prepare something quick to eat would be helpful. That way you wouldn’t have to eat out every day.

The property was very comfortable, clean and well furnished. It was spacious and felt luxurious because it was very new. The location is good but slightly on the side of things. Nevertheless, I like Cherno more quarter - it’s peaceful with beautiful buildings, it’s close to a few smaller beaches too. We have a friend who lives in the area and was easy for us to move around. The host was kind and helpful and we had an easy check-in experience. Recommend and would love to visit again. Thank you!

I can't mention anything. Maybe the drain in the bathroom.

Everything was ok: very good wifi; clean place; spacious rooms and it has 2 balconies and AC; very nice owner who speaks english; parking at the entrance in the building for free; apx 3 km from the old city (there is a bus station right across the street that takes you to the old city - 2 leva ticket); confortable bed; hot water; 10 min walk to the beach. It is suitable for 4 people. The kitchen has only a microwave (not a stove to cook). I highly recommend it!
