The room was as in the photo. The room service cleans the room every day. Although we lived right next to the pool, we didn't hear any noise, good sound insulation. The rooms have air conditioning. The staff greeted us kindly, and when we were leaving, they allowed us to leave our things in the hotel for a couple of hours until our bus arrived. There is no noise in the hotel at night, also security works 24/7. Location: right next to a shop, bus station, the heart of the town starts a couple crossroads away, the sea is 10 minutes away.

I had to ask for toilet paper every day because I only got one roll at a time. There was hardly any equipment in the kitchen. We had to buy washing-up liquid, washing-up sponge, salt, sugar, oil, pepper, etc. We left them all there for the next guest. There were no mixing spoons or ladles for cooking. It rained the night before we left, the rainwater seeped in at the window in the two bedrooms, we walked in with bare feet in the morning, it was not pleasant.

The accommodation is in a very good location. Bus station and shopping facilities are nearby. The spacious two bedrooms and living room ensure a comfortable stay. The lady at the reception is nice. You can request a transfer from the host.

Everything was very above average for the money spent except no one changed bed sheets for 5 days. I think I needed to remind them but my wife always brings our bedding just im case so I just let it be. Mattresses are kinda dirty as pillows are too.

Stuff is pleasant and helpful. Rooms have enough space and they clean them everyday. Pool is very, very clean. Overall experince 9/10

The property is near the main road. Noise break into the room. One AC from of two , did not work. In the kitchen was only basic equipment.

To reach a beach and centrum was easy, 5-10minutes by walking The swimming pool for guests. Private parking places.. The flat was on 6th floor with nice view

The quality of the pillows are very poor. The curtains for the bathroom does cover properly, so every time that we took a shower we made a mess and we have to clean.

The property has a perfect location. Very friendly staff, always attentive to help. The apartment has a very good size and good air conditioner.

We didn’t have warm water for the for the first two days however we let the staff know and the matter was sorted out the next day. The Wi-Fi is only available around the pool area.

The room was very neat with a big balcony , very close to the beach and the city centre( 5-10mins by foot) , the staff were very friendly and welcoming , everything you may need is near the hotel.

Lack of a mop in the bathroom, so the floor used to quickly getting dirty. A little bit noisy, because the hotel is near by the main street.

Location was really great, it's close to everything you need. Our apartament was nice and comfortable, there was an everyday cleaning and changing towels every 2 days. Good beds, no noises from the other people in the hotel, bright rooms with huge windows, possibility to go to the balcony from both rooms. The personel was extremely helpful and friendly, also with an asap situations, good communication.

They charged us 20 BGN for the towel under the pretext that it had a stain that could not be washed. Typical for Bulgaria, very low and they lose trust with clients!

Wow, how to start. I have never been so disappointed in a booking, and I have stayed at allot of hotels in Sunny Beach during my 21 seasons there. The second we entered the apartment a tile broke, then we see the shower is not properly working (the showerhead holder was broken, and they had no time to fix this in over a weeks stay), the floor was dirty, the balcony was dirty (was never washed during our entire stay, even when we asked them to, they only dry brushed it), the curtains where faulty, stains on the mattresses, covers (with holes) and pillows, sofa was dirty. There also was NO internet inside the hotel, only by the pool. We could only get one toiletpaper roll a day (even tho the apartment was for 3 grown people), the hot water lasts maybe 2 people if you don't wash your hair.

Cute flowers in the garden in the front, the balcony was big and you can pay for a late check out. Only positives I can think of.

the fact the boiler didn’t work for a few days & when it got fixed a few hours later went up in flames. if I didn’t have a 5l bottle of water in the fridge who knows what could of happened. no fire alarm. no fire extinguisher or anything. thank god myself & my friend were there or the whole apartment would of went up.
