The apartment was well cleaned but the furnishing was a bit old and not well maintained with signs of use.

Nice hotel with everything you need in one place - pool, restaurant, store, free parking. Guests of the hotel get 10% discount in the restaurant. We booked and payed for a double room but we were accommodated in an apartment without paying anything extra and without even asking for it :) The double bed was extra big and really comfortable. Beach is at just 5-10 min walk.

The opened shower made it difficult to use as the bath was getting all full of water, the parking lot had limited space and you couldn't take your car out once you entered the parking

The place was near the beach, we could eat at their restaurant that had very good food and we had a 10% discount, the cleaning was made every day, the room was clean and we had also a balcony near the pool

Nothing that I can think of.

Everything was at was it listed, the staff and the manager was always ready to help with anything we needed and very friendly. They had regular cleaning of the apartment. The restaurant apparently had e very good cook and everything was very delicious (a bit pricey, but it’s totally normal for a summer resort, but they give you 10% off of the hotel members). Also there is a 24/7 supermarket right next to it with a lovely staff. The beach was 5 mins away, also very close to some activities in Sunny Beach. The bus station it’s like 1 min away which can take you to Ravda, Neseber or Burgas. The pool at the property was a very great touch, especially on a windy days. Definitely recommend it!

This was an amazing stay abroad. The staff were friendly, the room was very clean and welcoming. The wet room was the best bathroom I've ever had on holiday. The beds were comfortable and towels were changed regularly, the cleaners came in every day to change the bin and towels. Literally a 5 min walk from the beach. You must visit the ToGo Beach Bar if you stay here. All in all excellent 👍👍 holiday. There was myself, my husband in 1 room then our 2 sons and a mate of theirs in another room which was also as above. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would like to return later in the year. The bar/restaurant/pool area very well maintained. Food good, drinks great as always!! Thanks to all staff.

The lift closes way too fast, and the doors are way too heavy. We were with a disabled person who got hit by the doors twice, and then we decided to use the staircase, but it was hard for our disabled beloved

We liked the apartment we stayed in. It was plenty of space l, there was a fridge, and a TV in each room, the beds were big and comfortable, there was a balcony too.

There was nothing. The matrass of the bed is a bit too soft. Not the best for the back.

The location is perfect, beach just across the street, bus station very close. The staff at the reception are very helpful. Parking space was available. Cleaning came regurarly. Spent two weeks and didn't want to go home.

Ignorant German holiday makers . No issues at all with hotel occupancy, just out and about lol.

Quiet location. 10 mins on toy train to the strip. Free Aircon and WiFi, very very clean room ,and extremely comfy bed !! Beach 2 min walk supermarket next door , restaurant next to the pool very good value food and beer staff excellent restaurant and hotel. Returning next year , hotel pool was crystal clear .

in a room was strange smell, bathroom doors were from glass (not very confident about it), location far away from sunny beatch (on foot) but the bus stop is front of hotel. we have been 12/09-13/09, many things didn't work around.

Unpleasant and unwelcoming staff (younger staff, one older gentleman was ok), totally uninterested in any help or guidance. Hospitality zero. No cleaning of the room, you can just get clean towels. No sponge for dishes, very few dishes. Kitchen 1-5: 2

The staff of the front restaurant were very unfrendly, especialy the guy with the bald head and big eyes. He let in front of my friend 3 other people just because we didn't speak his language and we waited for a donner 40 minutes. The meat was also raw and the fries were fried for 1 minute so they were also looking like plastic. Overall if you are not bulgarian everyone looks at you mean, and they are very unpolite. Be careful if the food is too salty it's a big chance that the meat was rotten.
