How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The breakfast could be a little more richer with additional options
Good location in a big and wonderful park, near the city center of Haskovo. The room was big enough for 3 persons and the price was good too

The duve cases where at least 2 sizes down for the duves, haha it was really funny to put a duve inside them. Actually impossible. The swimming pool was closed even though it was only mid september and warm enough to swim. The staff apologised and said it possible to swim but it was half empty. It was a disapointment especially for my kid as she had high expectations for swimming. But we found an alternative- swimming pool in Radievo:) 18km away.
I stay in Fantasia every visit to Haskovo. It is always clean, with spacious rooms, apartments have a kettle and water in the kitchen, little fridge. It is very quiet compared to 90% of the hotels in Bulgaria. The staff is guaranteed polite and friendly. Actually one waiters are really experienced and polite, and we enjoyed the food too! There is a fountain and swimming pool at the hotel.

The plumbing in the bathroom need to be fixed . There was no refill on breakfast buffet at 9 :30

The bathroom needs some renovation: a bit mouldy and the door in the shower cabin was.. missing.
Best choice when it comes to value for money in Haskovo - location in the park, big swimming pool, good breakfast included.

We rented a room just to transit to Greece, and it was a comfortable stay,we had what we needed and extra free entrance to the pool and breakfast. Nearby is a small children's park. We booked the same hotel in our way back.

It is a nice hotel , a little away from the city center . There are a lot of taxi options . Hotel is Ok , the bonus is Staff - very,very friendly and helpful . I highly recommend it.

A small shelf near the shower would be necessary in the bathroom.
It is the third time we stay at this hostel, for a day, on our way to Greece. We were very pleased. The room is big, clean. The breakfast is quite rudimentary, but it's ok. Very good quality-price ratio.

The owners let the local kids use the swimming pool. Whist relaxing by the pool you had 10 to 15 teenagers spending the whole day jumping in out of the water , doing flips etc, shouting to each other, They even spent time in the childrens pool. When one disgruntled holidaymaker told them to get out of the kids pool they just ignored him. He complained to the lifeguard who did nothing. They were a nuisance and a disturbance to holidaying guests. The so called lifeguard was letting them stand on the top of the chrome steps / rail you use to get in and out of the water , to dive in .

We had a nice stay there in our way to Greece. The hotel is located in a quiet place, it was clean and staff very responsive. Supervised parking. Besides all, the guests have free access to a nice open pool witch we enjoyed after a long driving day.

The mosquito net was broken and it was impossible to close it. The hotel is perfect, but some little things needs to be fixed. Still, it is very good value for the price.
Spacious, well equipped rooms, balcony. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast was fine, I expected way worse based on the bad comments what I saw about it. You can choose from a menu where you have options: scrambled eggs with toast and tomatoes, english breakfast, balkan breakfast, toast with ham and cheese, croissants, ect. Coffee or tea is included as well, and a bottle of water.

The mosquito net was broken. The location is on the outskirts of the city. Standard breakfast, you have only few options.
The location has a lot of greenery, it has an outdoor pool (we did not test it, although it was functional). The room is spacious and has a generous terrace. The city center is beautiful, about 20 minutes away on foot.

We were here in extra season so maybe that's why there were some issues like phone in the room disconnected or not working, the linen of the bed with some yellow spots and walls of the bath with mold in the mirror and shower areas. .
Quiet area and nice, good Wi-Fi and breakfast ok, not too much but not too less. Value for money anyway and good for transit maybe 1 or 2 nights.
