Generally no complaints at the price point, I stayed in the 4 star hotel Perin 3 weeks earlier for a lot more money and would have opted for the Iglika if I had know.

Location was good with a 10 min walk into Bansko, they ran a shuttle service which I didn’t use.

The only thing is maybe more variety at breakfast, but for what you pay, even getting breakfast is amazing.

This was one of those ‘surely too good to be true’ bookings, where for the price, I didn’t have the highest expectations but I was delighted to be surprised! Everything you get here for the price is exceptional - from surprise Bulgarian wine in our room after a full day of skiing as they somehow found out it was my birthday during our trip to breakfast included every morning. For the price of this hotel, the quality of everything being present that you could need and the staff paying attention to those little details, I’m extremely happy with my stay. I would recommend for a couple going away on a cheap ski break. With it being just a 7 minute walk to the gondola and even less to the restaurants and bars, and yet in a quieter part of the town, it was perfect for us as a couple looking to combine romantic couples break, skiing and apres.

It is the best choice for a stay in Bansko. Our room was cosy, comfortable, very clean. Location is very convenient, close to the skiing area. There was no problem with late check in. Great value for money.

Very good value for the money. The rooms are spacious, clean. It is very quiet area and just 10min walking from the main pedestrian street. For the breakfast there are different options for everyone.

If you are thinking of booking this guest house.. DO IT!! We were very impressed and would 100% stay here again. Our room was spacious, clean, the location was perfect and the breakfast was great. Iglika Bansko is extremely good value for money, highly recommend and thank you to the man who looked after us.

This is a family owned business, very good value for money, very cosy, breakfast is pretty good, everything home made. Don't expect a pool or spa. However, there are notices at the entrance which dorect you to the closest places where you can do that. The owners are really nice and understanding. If you're not in the market for something fancy, this place would do the trick

An older property with older style furnishing but all in great condition. Room was very spacious. When the kettle in the room broke it was replaced quickly when reported and without any fuss. Fantastic value for money.

Breakfast started too late if you wanted to be out first thing skiing when the lift opens at 8am, perhaps breakfast could start at 7am instead of 7:30am?

Breakfast was great, couldn't see the vegan butter but at the same time I didnt ask anyone. Was able to leave baggage in secure area after we checked out. Also suggestion some cooked basked beans and mushrooms as only hot food was veggie not vegan.

Wasn’t expecting much as it was so cheap but this place far exceeded expectations. The rooms were clean and spacious and it’s in a good part of town close to the gondola. George also gives you a lift to and from the gondola in the morning and evening. The spa was a massive touch after a long day on the slopes. Highly recommend this place. I will be back for sure!

Amazing! Nice staff, clean room + much more wide than we think with one bedroom one kitchen area plus bed, bedroom and balcony. The room cleans every day :) Also the 8-10 minutes walking from ski lift area with an free shuttle service… We used morning shuttle service at 9 and return shuttle service at 5 from ski lift. You should prefer!! Absolutey F/P!!

The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The room was fairly large with a balcony, ensuite, tv, storage and mini fridge. The bathroom seemed fairly new and was very clean. It was only a short walk to the centre and with a market just up the road it was a perfect location. The breakfast provided in the morning was fantastic with multiple options (cereal, salad, eggs, pancakes, toast, fruit and all types of hot drinks). Overall great experience here I was very impressed considering it was also very budget friendly.

Everything went so smooth, from check-in till check-out. The Family room I booked happened to be a two rooms apartment with equipped kitchen space, and even have microwave as many others offer kitchens without one. Clean, spacy bathroom and well supplied breakfast (vegetarian only). Close to ski center and old town as well, yet quite place. Don't expect too much from the WIFI. Cannot beat this price/quality ratio around the area. You could park car free on the street if there is available spot otherwise there is paid parking 10 leva all day, and it is very near the hotel.

We had a great time! The room was warm, spacious and quiet. Little kitchenette in the room was handy, with some cutlery, plates and cups, toaster, microwave and a kettle. We enjoyed the spa after a day of skiing. Actually, having a sauna on site was one of the criteria for choosing the guest house. Location was convenient in our opinion: only about 10 min walk to Gondola and shops, but also in a quiet residential area. Good vegetarian breakfast in the morning.

It was a bit of a walk from the gondola especially if you have your ski boots on but the shuttle pick up and drop off service was great!

The apartment was a good size. It was great value for money. Included breakfast and shuttle to the gondola. Would definitely book this place again if I'm back in bansko

I cannot fault it. This hotel was perfect.

I have to admit, this hotel really surprised me. My boyfriend and I came to Bansko for my 21st birthday to go snowboarding for a week. For just over £100 for a week between the 2 of us, I was shocked. The location of the hotel was perfect, it’s a 5 walk to the town centre, just under 10 minute walk to the gondola lift which is also in the centre, and a 10 minute walk to the Old Town, which is full of authentic bulgarian restaurants and really good bars (‘“Five M” Restaurant and Good Bar’ was particularly amazing). The hotel was always very clean, with our room being tided for us every day and towels changed every 3 days, and the rooms were very very spacious, much more than we expected! Had a small corridor with coat racks as you enter the apartment. We had a kettle, many cupboards, and sink, drying place, and surprisingly a microwave which we weren’t expecting as didn’t book the family room in the kitchen. Also had a good table and 2 chairs in there with a TV, and a sofa, maybe a sofa bed, but we didn’t use it. We had a massive double bed which were two joined singles but couldn’t feel that they were separate which was really good. Also had a dressing table, cupboards and wardrobe. Good bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, shelf, mirror and towel radiator. Also had a one chair balcony looking out the front of the hotel which was really nice. Also, there’s local cats outside the hotel! So cute! They only come up to you if you encourage them to, which is good. We got free breakfast every morning downstairs 7:30-9:30 and was perfect, just what you need before a day snowboarding. No meat, but it had omelettes, pancakes, cheese on toasts, boiled eggs, salad, cereal, toast, cheeses, coffee machine and teas. They offer a shuttle to the gondola every morning at 8 and again at 9, then a pick up from the gondola every afternoon at 4 and then again at 5. The owner, such a kind and easy going guy.
