The boy at the reception was very inexperienced and was constantly making some mistakes during the process. He was also acting a little strange and his communication skills were far below what is expected to be in this position.

The location was great, just have quite a long stairs to go up to the road where the hotel is located and with baggage might be a problem for some people.

Our 3 bedroom apartment was a good size-loved having two full bathrooms and balconies with incredible views for each bedroom. Large table on one to enjoy meals outdoors as well. We were surprised that it was even better than presented in the online photos. Excellent value for the money, easy walking distance to shops, the beaches and the old town. Highly recommend it for a group! Planning to return again and stay.

The street gets noisy and crowded from time to time. It would be better to reserve the parking beforehand. Otherwise it might get complicated for the owners. The neighbours are very territorial and even if one stops the car for a moment (for e.g. to load the baggages) they feel the need to chase people out.

The hosts are very nice and speak English fluently. The room is big and has enough space for the people to feel comfortable. We had a room with balcony and seaside view and had the opportunity to watch the sunrise every morning from our room. Cleaning services are very efficient and the towels are changed regularly. Downstairs there is a restaurant with good prices and tasty food.

Driving to the location was tricky, but hostess found led us to our parking fairly quickly.

The hotel is a bit withdrawn from the hectic life, but within a short walking distance to the beach and on our 4th floor, which we had rented all three rooms and therefore had to ourselves, we had a fantastic view of almost the whole of Sozopol! We received very friendly service and can only say good things and we know we will come again!

Very spacious room, with all ammenities needed. We arrived pretty late and they were very accommodating. The view is amazing and the parking included in an otherwise pretty busy town was great. The hotel is quite cute and very clean.

We would have loved a coffee maker of some kind in the room.

We were greeted by the very kind, Katerina, who helped us park our car right out front and checked us in. We were there in September and it was especially warm so we got to enjoy the beach and sunshine. The hotel has some beach umbrellas and beach towels for you to use, which we really appreciated. We stayed in a two room apartment with a kitchette and a spectacular view from the balcony. The hotel Appolonia, is located on a smaller street just up from the old town, but close enough to walk. There is a grocery store just down the street. I especially loved the very comfortable king size bed, and thoughtful lighting and tables next to the bed. The kitchen room has a comfy couch and table for our morning coffee. There were lots of little things that we found helpful, like a hair dryer, and clothes pins with a clothes line for hanging out wet clothes We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it for anyone who wants a pleasant, comfy apartment with a beautiful sea view.

Аs soon as we arrived, we were greeted by positive and smiling hosts. Everything was at the top level - rooms, comfort, hygiene, location, view.... We plan to vacation there again next year!
