Well, I can only suggest minor improvements, such as: 1. better options to clean yourself from the sand when you return from the beach (yes, there were some showers, but with very week pressure 2. the pools from the backyard of the hotel could've been more warmer (it was 24°)

We loved everything! The food is really delicious, great variety of fish, meat (i'm really pissed that I missed the lamb 😆) vegetables, fruits, there is also a raw vegan section/isle 10/10 The staff, really helpful, always smiling. 10/10 TIP: reserve at least with garden view, it's worth it! 😉

The everyday housekeeping should pay attention to the sinks and bathroom to be cleaned at least every third day, as they change the sheets. We were guests for 8 nights and they never cleaned the sinks for a week.

Excelent hotel in terms of location and service, also the food was absolutely amazing- great variaty and very delicious! It was very clean, still more focus should be put on housecleaning for the everyday clean- specifically talking about the sinks and the bathroom. Otherwise, all was great!

I had the feeling that the food is almost the same everyday so maybe this could be an issue for a long stay. A beach bar would have been nice as well. Consider that you have to go for around 150-200m from the beach to the pool bar if you need a drink or an ice cream.

Nice and modern hotel, decorated as a tribute to Amelia Earhart. The room was very spacious and comfortable, everything looking high quality brand new. Overall this was the best hotel I stayed in Bulgaria until now.

However, compared to 3 years ago, I can see a decrease in the quality of services: - less variety at the restaurant, during a 7-day stay there was mainly chicken/pork as meat, no duck and only once, lamb and rabbit roast. Although, they introduced some already made cocktails at dinner, which is a good point, as well as having fish dishes at every meal. - the cosmetics in the room that used to be Fragonard were partially replaced by a Bulgarian brand and I was given only one body lotion in 7 days. - there was a misunderstanding caused by the maid and the staff (reception and manager) wasn't in a hurry to solve it, until I made a written complaint. I was asked to wait 24h+ for the incident to be solved, which given the nature of the complaint is not at all professional, nor have I received any apologies for what happened. - there was a stain on the carpet in the room, as well as the headboard of the bed wasn't very clean - when the guests were more numerous because of the bank holiday, the staff was struggling both in the restaurant (taking more time to clean and refill the food), at the bar and cleaning rooms late in the afternoon. All in all these are small flaws, but as it is a 5-star hotel, I expect things to go as flawless as possible.

This is my 3rd year in Amelia Hotel, since they reopened it. It remains a good quality hotel, with clean, large modern rooms, good offer at the restaurant and polite staff. Overall, it was a good and relaxing stay, Amelia & Paradise Blue remaining the best hotels in Albena.

The beach bar could have had more of the drinks from the main bar, a bit lackluster, we found ourselves going to the main bar for getting drinks instead.

Everything was perfect, the food was good, included drinks were good (not top shelf, but not cheap stuff either). The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice. The facilities included were great, as well as the pool with the included aqua park.

- Service is hit and miss. Staff need better training as some of them lack basic customer service experience - Premium alcohol brands are paid for and even basic cocktails like mojito are not included. Ultra all inclusive suggests that everything is included which is not the case. - Kids pools are very slippery (bizarrely only the adult pool has non slip tiles) - Hotel sustainability can be improved - heavy use of single use plastic cups, recycling bin with separate sections for glass, general waste and paper which all end up into the same rubbish bag - Entertainment is very basic

- Great location - Luxury rooms with big beds and living space, big bathroom and balcony. Good quality bed linen and towels. - Tasty and varied food at the buffet restaurant. Plenty of food which is always replenished and lots of fruit and salad options which we loved - Late breakfast and afternoon snacks options - Lobby bar doesn’t get busy so ideal if you want some quiet drinks - Big beach area with many sunbeds and lots of space between them which was amazing (note only 2 sunbeds and parasol per room, if you come with kids and need extra you have to pay)

The only thing was that the area around the pool was dirty with lots of sand. The staff at the pool bar were inexperienced,quite rude, and took forever to make drinks, not to mention that the drinks were terrible. One of them said they didn't know how to do the cocktails.

Food was not very tasty but that might be a personal opinion! Some flies were on the fruits which indicated they weren't replaced from breakfast/lunch and overall it wasn't very pleasing for a 5 star hotel. (our stay was a bit off season, but still we expected more)

I did not like that the swimming pool on the top was not included in the price of the room. It was full but empty of people and the bar was abandoned and nobody was using it. I don't understand why it was made if nobody is using this facility and people need to pay extra to use the bar and the pool. The pool was very small anyway we were offered to see it, but there was nothing interesting there. I guess its for special guests of the hotel. So I felt like I was not a special guest.

I like the hotel very much. Rooms are very big and comfortable. Nice garden view. Quite and well done. Bathroom as well very nice, shower was very clean.

Nothing to criticize. Maybe a suggestion for 2 bottles of water/juice in the minibar, as we are 2 persons in the room.

5 star stay, things only got better since last year. Large, clean room, Fragonard cosmetics, change of towels daily. All meals were good, with new plates compared to last year. Wide variety of meat, fish and vegetables. Everything was clean, waiters very efficient, kind and helpful receptionist and bell boy.
