The place was like paradise. We had a beautiful room on the lower level with an amazing view to the garden and of course the sea. Front row! A very good homemade breakfast was served at our own little terrace. Everyday something different and good veggie options. The owners are a lovely couple, who built the whole place almost on their own. There are so many little details they thought about. Free parking! Beneath the garden, guests have access to the rocky cliff, where they can hang out on two deck chairs and, with a little skill, even directly enter the ocean. It's a very calm little bay, where you can relax and get a little distance to the often very noisy and crowded beaches. But if you want beautiful beaches, you have good options reachable by foot. We were very glad to experience this place! Thank you to the friendly and hospitable owners.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Amazing views over the sea, very peaceful. The breakfast was very good and varied each day. The place had everything we needed and was cleaned each day. Everything was comfortable and we enjoyed being there. Loved that they put some deck chairs out on the rocks, we sat there with a drink at the end of the day watching the waves. Perfect!

Parking was available. But generally parking in the entire area of Sozopol is limited.

The hotel is right on the beach and everything seems so well taken care of. The balconies were incredible. The views were gorgeous. The breakfast was just out of this world.

More like a recomandation I suggest a wider bed for the bedroom. It really did not bother us that much, but bigger could have been more confortable.

Excelent place to relax next to the sea shore. Friendly owners. The apartament offers great sea view and garden acces as well. Attention to detalis and nicely decorated. The room was vey well equiped even for a longer stay (dishwasher, washing machine, electriv stove and oven, etc.) also the hygene kits and toiletries were in place. A special touch is the breakfast that they provide. It is served at the room and it was house made and the tastiness and variety of it pleasently surprised us each mornig.

Toilet paper was not refilled. The breakfast was nice but would be useful if there was at least a choice of what type of breakfast you will get. No reception.

Great position, beautiful sea-view, very convenient pool and chaise-longs. The home-cooked breakfast was amazing and the hosts were nice and helpful. Room was very clean with everything we needed, aircon worked very well, minifridge was full with much needed water and refreshments. Evenings on the balcony overlooking the gulfs were beautiful. Parking is available at 5 minutes walking but you can load/unload your stuff in front of the property. Very close (4 minutes walking) to one major beach and at least 2 other swimming spots. Easy 20-25 minutes walk to the major beaches in Sozopol and not too far to walk to the city centre. A big supermarket is within easy reach by foot. Many other beaches within a 10 minutes drive.

The sofa bed was not comfortable for an adult. Very small and close to a door with no cover.

Incredible view of a secluded stone beach, we had a great balcony with comfortable seating. The mini bar is well stocked and very affordable. The staff was always available and solved all our queries. Very good breakfast brought to our door was a great touch! The only thing we would improve was the sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable for an adult t9 sleep in.
