The food and drinks were a bit pricy. The quality was good, but too high for the quantity provided.

Loved the big pool, and the hot one was perfect .. especially for the kids! The staff was friendly and always smiling!! The grenery surounding the complex was full of happily chirping birds and added to the relaxing facilities!

Didn’t like the fact that we couldn’t control the room’s temperature. Also, some of the pool’s tiles have to be changed already. Didn’t like the fact that they don’t feed the cat and the dog who obviously live there and are very friendly. They even encourage their customers not to feed them. Poor things wouldn’t survive otherwise. :(

The pool is amazing, the breakfast is great, the beds are comfy and the staff was polite and kind.

The bathroom might be improved, even though clean. The place of the Tv is very inconvenient. Spa has a lot more to be desired. But the outdoor pool is very good.

Nice swimming pool and perfect restaurant. Tasty food, friendly and professional staff. Beautiful garden and spacious for the tables not too close to each other.

Lack of room amenities: for 180 leva per night they should put at least -hairdrier -complimentary coffee and tea -water boiler Also upgrade the room furniture, it was worn out. The fridge was quite old and didnt cool enough.

The outdoor pool is awesome and clean, the water was super nice and warm. The breakfast was good but not too much choice for a buffet. The room spacious.

No orange or other juice was served. Hot bar was almost not existent If you are with pet - they are not allowed in the dining room or near the pool.

Breakfast was modest, with tasty vegetables and white cheese. Mineral pool is nice. Relax center is modest, but sufficient.

The price is a bit on the high end for the value of this place. Hotel is a mix of "old" and "new" and you see the need for repairs - broken floor tiles in corridors, pockets of dirt in pools, dried plants in rooms, etc. There are some stray dogs around - they were friendly, though. Location - not great. Place is located in the outskirts of the village. City center and amenities are on 20 min walk via the busy central street.

The hot mineral pools! Our room was clean. Staff was friendly and very informative! There is also indoors SPA area worth visiting. Dedicated parking place, although it can be overcrowded with day-visitors for the pools. Room amenities were working - TV, internet.

Overpriced for 12 sqm room. Exhaust pipes from kitchen are just below the room windows making stay impossible with opened window. No air conditioning.

The housekeeping service needs serious revision. We had a pet with us as the hotel allows it( small dog), however we had to wait everyday until 12 pm to ensure we are there as all housekeepers were afraid to come in, we even told them when the dog won't be in which was totally disregard it. Also one of the receptionist was not friendly or approachable at all( not the blonde lady. She was lovely.). Sometimes she'll greet you, sometimes she won't, instead you might get a look. So for a customer faced role, she didn't appear customer focused AT ALL. Furthermore, in the room there was forgotten underwear from the previous guests.👀 Also, surely a fridge in each room is not too much of an ask.

The room and flat were spacious! The pool was really clean and lovely temperatures, the lifeguard was available at all times and also appeared to truly care about her work and the safety of everything. She was lovely and talking with everyone. The restaurant team were also ok and at times we had waiters who were more attentive then others. The blonde reception( sorry i didn't get her name) was lovely and always checking on us.🥰 The food was great but not a great variety!
