Everything was above expectations, I have been to this hotel before but now everything has changed for the better, starting with the cleaning of the rooms, the food more than enough and quite varied (less in the fruit category) and ending with the staff who were at the height, present everywhere but at the same time discreet. Yavor (I don't know what his function is) was very attentive to the requirements of the tourists and managed to meet them. A 3 star hotel that I can say was very good.

The room was not totally clean, and on arrival, it was not mopped or hoovered, so we had to ask at reception. Thankfully, all was sorted.

The staff was great, especially Yavor at the reception 👏🏼 such a great guy!

the bathroom was too small and some of the foods had bulgarian spices that weren't quite on our tastes, but you could always find something good to eat anyways. Great cocktails at the bar

I didn't like the fact that it didn't offer an a la carte menu. The other dislike was that the swimming pool was dirty. Too many bugs in the pool with other green debris. The price I paid through Booking.com was a lot higher than the price charged if booking directly.

I really liked the hotel layout itself and cleanliness. The room was nice. It is a 8min walk to the beach.

The room wasn’t that clean, even that the domestic team has been asking us if we need something or if they need to clean the room, this could have just be done on daily base. We have stayed there for 6 days no bedding has been changed or towels.

The hotel is having good location not far a way from the beach. The staff has bern very helpful and really good with the children. Our baby love the boys that we’re serving and helping they interact with him. Domestic team has been asking us if we need something. The food is good for the money we paid there was something for the little ones as well. We have been there already 4years, hopefully we will continue to enjoy our holidays in this hotel.

The location of the hotel is not that great. It is close enough to the beach, but the surrounding landscape is not the best. There are lots of construction sites, active or abandoned. There is no sidewalk for a large portion of the road to the beach and there is intense car traffic during the day. If you're traveling with small children it's difficult to go around with a stroller. The shower is a bit weird. You basically shower above the toilet. It's a bit odd at first, but the drainage works well enough.

Very helpful and kind staff. Very good communication via Booking chat. A big room with a very nice view to the Black Sea. Big parking lot. Nice breakfast and dinner. Big pool with numerous sunbeds. Nice garden with a playground for small children.

The bathroom was very small and there was a bad smell sometimes, but only inside the bathroom, in the room there was no smell.

We booked the all inclusive experience, and for the money we paid, I believe it was very good. The food was very good, we had diversity and the quality was ok, not too fancy, but very tasty. The pool big and water was warm, and the air conditioning in the room worked fine. I would go back there if I want a nice stay for a friendly budget.

Hot food was taken out too soon, and by the time it was served, it was already cold.

The rooms were clean and the staff were really nice. The pool was also cleaned every day. We got a sea view room and it was spectacular.

A little bit far from the sea but with all that free food and drinks, a few hundret meters of walking is recomended :))

We stayed 3 night/4 days. We only get one toilet paper. That's it. No cleaning in the rooms, no fresh towel, no shower gel/shampoo. The food was below average, the drinks the same. Expect for 2,3 employees all the staff was cold. A bad smell from the bathroom that appears at evening ( after 7,8 pm)

The pool. Big and clean 5 to 10 minutes walk from the beach. The price, accordingly to the season. The view( we stayed at 6th floor and we could see the sea)

Food was almost cold, drinks with AI only till 22:00, bathroom without shower pad, so floors are always full of water. In all week nobody cleaned the room, towels wasn’t changed, only the rubbish was taken out.

I like our room very much, it was big 40 sq.m. apartment with a balcony. A bit far to the sea - near 700m, but it is good for the health. All the staff - on the reception, in the bar, and also housekeepers were very nice and always have helped us.
