Specious room, beautiful sea view, squeaky clean, the staff is lovely and friendly. The location is perfect- close to the beach, restaurants and the town centre. Definitely will be back.

The location is more than perfect! The studio is very confortable and very clean! The parking place is a big advantage in the old city! The hosts are extremely kind and welcoming! The balcony is so cosy with a beautiful view of sunny beach and the sea! Everything was perfect! I highly recommend it!

Heads up if you have a lot of luggage the apartment is on the top floor like a penthouse. There’s no elevator so be ready for the stairs and it’s in the 3rd floor. No screen windows or doors - if you leave the windows open ready for all the bugs.

Big apartment great view from the balcony. Welcoming host. The old lady was super nice even though she doesn’t speak English she tried to communicate. It was quick check in. Great bathroom with amazing shower. Plenty of parking in front of the building. It’s inside the old city. Everything is walking distance. Amazing base if you want to relax in the beach and see the tourist sites. Very quiet at night.

Although the owner talked to the guards at the entrance to the old town several times to let me drive for dropping and loading the baggages, they didn't let me pass until the owner insisted. Now, this was not the fault of the owner and the guards were just doing their jobs, but it was unpleasant. We didn't argue, it was only about convincing them. The best way to avoid this is to call the owner and let her speak to the guards. But this was just my experience and maybe it won't happen to anyone else. I'm just writing it as a piece of advice. If I had parked on the peninsula, this wouldn't have happened. Don't let this little detail get in the way of staying in such a wonderful guest house.

Everything was very clean, the room was larger than in the photos and it had everything we needed. There is also a shared kitchen that can be used. The hosts are wonderful. About the parking - there are two options: 1. You can park on the peninsula for 25 leva/day, or: 2. You can park free of charge farther (about 40-50 min away by foot), in a car yard from the new town. We chose this option. The yard may look suspicious, but I was there alone during the night and didn't see any dogs or strange people, so I felt safe.

The host is extremely sweet - speaks little English but took time so we understood each other. The apartment was lovely with an ocean view. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent location.
