The bathroom has windows facing the hallway of the suite, and the blinds don’t provide much sense of privacy. It’s a minor inconvenience at best. On the bright side, you get a great view from the loo too.

Fantastic place! The château is just a quick drive from the I-6, surrounded by vineyards and mountains on all sides. The room we stayed in had such a great atmosphere, with wonderful views from every window. The Sopot Lift is also nearby, perfect for anyone who wants a bird’s-eye view. And as a bonus, you can even catch a magnificent sunrise right from the bathroom.

The location is stunning, the food is very well-prepared and served, the wine and spirits are excellent, and the staff is very helpful.

The drive up needs work, very bad road condition. I expected higher quality of the food for dinner and breakfast - also one slow coffee machine is not enough.

It's beautiful - not really a castle, but very authentic and luxurious. Very kind, helpful and friendly staff - immaculate service, also on the phone before our stay. You can even ask to dine inside the vineyard. They have dining tables all around the "castle" so you can chose the view that you like. The property wine was delicious, we and many other guests bought extra bottles to take home. They have a big pool and enough space for parking,

Nothing, all was great! :) Just a kind suggestion - it's not a typical place to bring your child, but it's also very family friendly, so please consider a kids manu with a few options.

The personal is always very kind. This time I was with my child and they paid special attention - prepared custom meals, talked and showed all animals, prepared a present. The whole experience is unique - the place, the wine, the food... I keep going back and I always find what I know and love, still there is always an improvement and it never disappoints.

We love this place! Excelent taste in furniture and interior design. Warm and welcoming staff, delicious food and fine wine in the restaurants, fresh air and free walking animals like geese and rabbits. We even saw deer and peacocks.

Very peaceful and quiet place surrounded by the beautiful mountain and wine valley, nicely landscaped garden with running around rabbits, peacocks walking and a funny donkey. Excellent food and wine, dinner in the winery restaurant terrace under the stars is amazing.

The hotel is in a wonderful, peaceful area where you can hear birdsong and you feel relaxed in nature. The pool area is fabulous. The restaurant was very elegant. The hotel room was modern and comfortable. We had such a lovely time and feel immediately like returning!

-there was no mini bar in the room, so no way to keep water/refreshments cool in the hot summer days -room 101 is located next to the reception - you could hear every noise and understand what people are speaking about -dogs are accepted only in standard rooms and this is valid for small breeds, so check with the hotel before making a reservation

The chateau is very beautiful and peaceful with animals that could be seen freely walking around. The room was clean, the bathroom spacious and the staff - very friendly. Restaurant La Cave offers a great variety of wines that complement the exquisite menu. The views from the castle are breathtaking.

The bed was pretty firm, but still made for a good night’s sleep.

Our stay at Chateau Copsa was amazing! It is in a quiet and secluded area, which makes it a very peaceful environment. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The man in charge of wine sales and tasting was very helpful! Even though we didn’t schedule a tasting, he told us a lot about all of their wines and helped us make a selection. The rooms and dining areas are modern and well maintained. The room was very spacious and the bathroom clean and user friendly. Additionally a small bottle of wine was waiting for us in our room when we arrived :) Breakfast was nice and dinner at the “chateau” was great! I would highly recommend staying here and enjoying all of the experiences the Chateau has to offer.

Slept in one of the apartments with a round bed. The mattress needs changing. The bathroom concept doesn’t offer enough privacy. The surroundings are unkept, and seeing deer in a small enclosure was very sad.

The beds and pillows are not comfortable. Breakfast is okay, but does not meet expectations. The hotel is reached by a dirt road which is not convenient. The ratio between the price of the food offered in the restaurant, the level of service and the quality is not in favor of the customer. Тhe staff are not trying to make your experience memorable, they are just doing their job.

The room was a disappointment for the money paid - small, with a need for repair (in the Maison). The sofa offered to our child was uncomfortable.
