The lift/elevator was a bit past it's prime. Also the noise from outside might require ear plugs.

The hotel has a real charm. Hate to use the word communist but its decorated in such a way but very comfortable and welcoming. The spa is a MASSIVE bonus. The bed is really comfortable in room 51 and the air con was a lifesaver in the heatwave we were facing. It's on the main road near Serdica which makes it so simple to get to and from the Airport on the yellow M4 line. Lastly the staff were very helpful. Gentleman with the glasses was very helpful when I enquired about taxis for the airport.

The elevator is extremely slow, it does not include breakfast, the water from the shower gets out and wets everything in the bathroom.

The place where the hotel is is exceptional. Very close to everything in the center of Sofia. The rooms are nice and clean with AC, tv and bathroom ammenities.

The bathroom is very empty and simple, you have nowhere to put your stuff. The air-condition controller was not working well. The breakfast, which was extra pay, was very underwhelming. The elevator felt very old and unreliable..

The position of the hotel is ideal. The decoration has a lot of potential. It was very clean and fresh. The staff were nice.

I have stayed here several times. It's conveniently located for getting to the railway station, airport and city centre. (Serdika Metro Station is close by) The room is comfortable enough and I've had a good night's rest each time I've stayed there. The reception staff have always been friendly and welcoming. In short, it's a comfortable and good value option in a central location.

The safes don’t work in the rooms.

Everything , bar , restaurant staff and the young man behind thr bar was very polite and friendly. The air conditioning in the rooms was also really good.

Hotel seems to be outdated and not the cleaniest. AC works in rooms, but not in the shared spaces. Elevators are like sauna.

It was little bit loud at night, I woke up to the sound of cars.

The room was clean and big with air condition and mini fridge. Metro stop and Lidl were near to hotel.

Couple things: Bathroom didnt have curtain so when showering water splashed all over the floor and there was no tool to swipe it; AC remote didnt seem to work properly; one of the hallway lights was blinking and stopped working (electrical problem). And other thing was tv which didnt show up any programs at first - asked for help at the counter but nobody came to solve problems so had to figure out soulutions myself.

Room was nice and bed was comfortable, spa opportunity was a big plus to the overall experience.

The room was a bit dark but clean.

The location is great, only 5 min away from the metro station. Close to the city centre by walking 15 min, supermarkets, tourist locations, restaurants. It's good value for money. Room was nice, clean. Staff was helpful and always available.
